Love the design of the building. Also that cool car sculpture out in front of the building. The units look very nice. I recently saw a Bentley home store here in LA. Didn’t know they were into selling furniture too.

The design of that place is incredible. Big respect to all the hard working people who designed and built this. That said I don't think anyone really needs / deserves this kind of luxury.

I reckon the building will be an exact match for what most prospective buyers are looking for: status. It is however impossible to avoid a feeling of coldness and a lack of human touch which are typical of this market segment...

Good presentation although I was expecting it a bit longer.
This would drive me crasy to catch an elevator whenever I needed to drive somewhere. and needing to constantly park the vehicle upstairs. Now, what happens when the vehicle cant start and needs to be towed ? I guess that never happen to these type of rides

The presentation, units and amenities are absolutely amazing, but question the entry as guests would have to endure the rain or hot sun to enter the building rather than a shady covering for the drop off area. Also, is there valet service available for guests and residents?
Of course there is valet for residents as well as guests!
This is a beautiful building but the type of people this would attract would repulse me! The most fantastic people I've met who have been wealthy you would never actually know. Money screams but true wealth whispers.
