  • Girl! I grew up in L.A. For my younger years I grew up in Paramount, Ca. When I went to Paramount High School, we were surrounded by the expelled students from North Long Beach, South of Compton, South of Downey and parts of Inglewood, Lynwood and BellfIower. We experienced racial shootouts. We experienced gang shout outs. When I used to walk home from middle school, I would hurry up to get home 2 miles away to help take care of my brothers while Mom went off to work. I admire you sooo much!!! I encountered a lot of gang activity in my life first hand and second hand. It is what it is. It's a hard life. When you in it, you in it. It's hard to get out. I know from certain personal experiences. But when given the opportunity to go big or go home... you gotta go big. My high school was riddled with gang activity, robbery, guns and disrespect to women. That's why I admire you so much Young M.A. You went big on all your haters. You are a badass. To me, you are a modern day Tupac. I don't say that lightly. I grew up listening to Tupac and Snoop Dogg. I remember partyin in Long Beach at a bar and I had a few friends that knew Snoop Dogg would be there and he wasn't even World Famous yet. I got to talk to him. He was pretty chill. Down to Earth. It's important to talk about your rap and about what's been fucked up in your life or with your friends or family. In the end, no matter how much violence we see or experience.... we need to make a choice. The choice is this ... Love or hate.
