Just proves that attitude is so important in a fight. The hawk can sense that rooster has no fear and doesn't wait around.
There was 3 roosters?
@@reynaarroyo7439 I do believe so.
Some might say he's... cocksure.
@@reynaarroyo7439 I wonder what three roosters wood do to a foreskin walker 😳🚬
The hens run, but the rooster is like "Mess around and find out"
Imagine what a corn holer wood do to that rooster 😳🚬
Your comment made my day
I always love seeing roosters protecting their flock.

I mean, it's a big advantage in evolution. Only females give birth, so more of them mean more children, that's why many species evolved male protectors or directly males getting eaten after mating. That's why hunters say, "you kill a male, you only kill one. You kill a female, you kill hundreds"
Rooster doing what it was meant to do. Them boys mean as hell
roosters are such badasses. they do not care, they fight.
Hawk: lands inside the roosters kill zone Rooster: so you have chosen DEATH
Roosters doing their job protecting their ladies That’s why I keep one with my girls
dont mess with roosters...they are savages
Roosters hatch with violence being their default setting.
Male and female are built different.. good job rooster 🐓 👏 👍
Good job rooster. I think my large fowl cochin rooster engaged the coopers that has been after my chickens. Haven't lost any adults, but 1 8 week old got carried off. I was 50 feet away so I got it back unharmed then an EE 8 week old was half alive when I stepped out the door. I walked inside for less than 60 secs. There was a trail of feathers from the chick and the rooster but no hawk. Then the hawk came back about an hour later snooping.
That rooster be like : "Ain't nobodys touching my mate!" 😂😂
those roosters are like "don't start no shit and there won't be NO shit!!" lol
I forget how fast barnyard fowl can be. That hawk is like all prey animals in that they don't want to be in a battle of equal footing and here's a rooster larger than the hawk spoiling for a one on one donnybrook. Brave rooster, smart hawk. I wonder how long a hawk would last if the rooster was an aseel or an American Game.
Rooster: "Leave now and live. Stay and die. Choice is yours."
Hens: EEEEEEE Roosters: Come ohn!
Roosters will mess a grown man up.
Here they come to snuff the rooster Yeah, here come the rooster You know he ain't gonna die No, no, no, you know he ain't gonna die
Chickens are so cool. I love having them. The road island reds acted just like dogs it was funny
Chickens have more fight per pound than any other animal. Bad-ass!
My rooster is young and a bantam, still has trouble identifying a threat or my dog just passing through for some water. He thinks he some tough boy
Same issue. Is yours a frizzle? Because mine is and he’s an evil little shit
@@AFarmerCalledChicken lmao tbh they frizzle all the time. They be cute lil fella before and it's all devil spawn now
they are simply being cautious, it is fair from your roosters perspective to think your dog is a threat. In their mind he thinks your dog may attack and kill his rooster body so he tries and protects himself by fighting.
@@AFarmerCalledChicken Nah, mines a Sebright. He is a sweetie when it's me but will fight over food with my dog. Watched him try to steal a bone from her
@@oddlyunable9388 so your rooster jumps on your dog?
The rooster is like haha GOD MODE enabled Xd
Except they exist and actually do something.
Nice sized rooster... He wasn't afraid of s***!
😂😂 that was like watching a cctv cam from a quick stop in Atlanta at 3:47 am on any day of the week.
Real nice chicken coop. That's a big-ass Rooster you have.
Roosters are gangsters 🤣🤣
That hawk won't dare face the rooster
Roosters are bad ass
Rooster save two Times right? What a warrior
its as if they were waiting for that moment.
hens being strong and independent still depend on the rooster to defend them during a home invasion
I wish my rooster would have done something about that hawk that killed one of my hens.
Sorry to hear about your hen...it’s really sucks when that happens :( if it makes you feel any better, this guy ran from his first hawk. His dad did the same thing. Sometimes they just need more time to mature.
I had chickens like that when i was a kid, not sure but they are called gray mahonies. Game chickens or better known a fighting chickens, and yes, I use to fight them it was a lot of fun too.
Ahh another piece of sh1t populating the planet. How refreshing. Wonder how fun it was for the chickens.
Defend the homeland !
Plenty of roosters. No chance for hawks.
Give the rooster spurs and he’ll be unstoppable
Good job
Would you want to ha e more than one Rooster? Will they us usually engage a raptor?
One rooster is enough for about 10-15 hens. Some roosters will engage, but it’s a risk for them because they can be killed. A lot of it depends on the breed and disposition of the individual bird. Also, in my (limited) experience, younger roosters won’t engage, but older ones will. This rooster actually ran from his first hawk when he was a little under a year old. I lost a hen that day. I had the same experience with his dad. He’s more confident and protective now that he’s more mature.
@@nataliesnyder695 Thank you and Happy New Year!
yaaaaa here comes the rooster yaaa yaaa !
You know he ain't gonna diiiiieeeehhiiiiieeeeeee
Imagine if roosters can fly fly
They don’t call them rooster hawks
Why are hawks so afraid of roosters? Do they just say that one too big for me
Rooster’s spur
When I was five I fought a 🐓 he kicked my butt.
Imagine if he had his blades on him...
He does. They have huge spurs on the back of their legs they use as blades to slash in combat.
@@dezertson2011 I'm Mexican, so I meant actual fighting blades...
@@oBuLLzEyEo1013 I see. How about laser beams? 🤣
@@dezertson2011 On their friggen heads...?

Its time to get right with Jesus. nobody is automatically gonna go to heaven at the end of it, we all have lied or stolen or had sex before marriage and the punishment is hell. Jesus died so you can get a clean slate and forgiveness of future sins if you repent of them if you commit them, so you receive the gift of forgiveness by following him. When you start you have to stop sinning willfully, and follow his word and obey it, strive to do those things. That’s following the Lord Jesus. Read the Bible and find wisdom.
No need to believe in nonsensical Magical Hebrew Carpenters friend, do you have a min to talk about Odin the allfather and his special plan for your life? Valhalla awaits but not all will be accepted across the rainbow bridge, wednesday is named for Odin as well so obviously he's a much more logical choice, time is running out brother Odin Shadowface is one eye watching our decisions.
@@bowlofdiogenes6139 Jesus answers my prayers and I’ve had demons cast out of me. I know he exits. Get in touch with reality and find God. Cry out to Jesus humbly. Start to obey his commands.
