The programme starts from United's days in 1878 when they were known as Newton Heath. Honours followed 30 years later as United won the first division in 1908. History continues looking at Old Trafford when it was bombed during the war, the Busby era with the Munich Air Crash, and a few FA Cups in the 70's and 80's. Then it concentrates on Ferguson's success when United dominated the Premiership and won the treble in 1999.

We loved Big Ron in charge. Attacking football with Ron full of charisma, 2 fa cup Wins the ten in a row start to the league some great European nights, some unbelievable players full Of characters and the best adidas kits ever . Great days

Used to deal with Big Ron on a few occasions when I worked at Birmingham Airport and he'd be flying out with his missus for golfing holidays in Tenerife. He always had time to speak to people and didn't expect special treatment, although I'd always push the boat out a little for him.

Bizzarely, United struggled to find a manager in 1981 with no less than 3 experienced managers turning the job down, the most famous club in the world. But United were not the massive money making juggernaut back than, chairman Martin Edwards was on a tight budget so going for Ron was a risk, but Ron’s major signing certainly wasn’t.
Its crazy to think we thought we had a chance in Europe or in England games at thos point!! The fact we done ok is a miracle

in m opinion big ron was the man utd manager even more so than fergie not with standing fergie was the best ,a great attacking manager makes ten hag look like a national league manager
