So since their animorph discussion annoys me so bad, the way it works is they touch an animal and the animal goes into an index essentially of animals they can turn into, and then they can turn into any one of them in their index. This does include humans but they dont do it often. The series is actually a decent read as an adult so ill reccomend it. Also fun fact the book Lyle mentioned with him turning into a human is actually about time travell and thats supposed to be an older version of the same kid.
It was surprisingly compelling for a children's book series

cory going on about devs re using assets is true, literally all of the last darksouls, bloodborne, demonsouls assets and left overs were used to make one of the best games i've ever seen elden ring
Even Valve has reused a ton of assets from Half-Life going forward, using them in TF2, HL2, Portal, L4D2, Counter:Strike GO and even Steam itself, like the screenshot sound is the exact same one from HL1. When it comes to sound assets if they aren't compressed into being bitcrushed, it really is a "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" situation, and it's going to be interesting seeing that going forward with 3D models

1:18 Totally, Sonic Generations did well in keeping the boost mechanic used in Sonic Unleashed which despite the intense jazz it did better than Forces in terms of speed and obviusly in Lore. In terms of actual lore, Generations it's nothing but it's replayability uff Modern Sonic levels are what Sega really need.
