In the quiet darkness of 5 am. I feel so powerful and so at peace! Thank you 💚
Ikr it always calms me even at a dark time at 3 am
Wow it’s two weeks later and here it is at the end of the meditation 5:20
I lived in an ashram. We were told that the absolute best time for meditation is 3AM. And, anything before "the world" wakes up, is a very good time...basically before say 7AM. But 3AM is the best. If you find yourself up at that hour, it is a great time to meditate. But generally not a great idea to wake yourself at 3AM, in order to meditate..because sleep will tend to carry with you and interfere with your meditation.
I’ve been starting my day here for the last 6 months and it’s now a regular part of my practice. I’m a 2nd grade teacher and do meditation in my class 2X a week. I would love if you had a collection of these that are appropriate for kids. It’s been hard to find good guided meditation videos for kids. Thanks for considering!❤
