I'm actually glad that they prove not every hero ends up with someone, PEOPLE don't always end up with someone. Sometimes there isn't a happy ending of that sort. Sometimes when we learn from our mistakes it's too late. We lose something on the way. It's an evolution. I really want Stephen to be happy. But sometimes this is just how people grow differently and I like how this couple shows it. Oh the tears in my eyes? Just ignore it.... 😅

Funny thing about that. The character is named Nicodemus and my son is named that as well but he was born before i started down the twisted road of my doctor strange obsession. I found out his name quite by accident as he is always simply referred to as Nick and I never thought much about it. Since letting my kid know about the name he likes to tease me about this in particular as he knows all about my marvel character obsession and this scene in particular 😅

Wanda was a psychopath who killed, tortured and butchered to get her way while Doctor Strange came to accept that he's never gonna get the girl despite what he does. Anyone who says otherwise, hasn't seen other films that beat this film's ass (ex: The Butterfly Effect, The Time Machine, Happy Death 2U, Donnie Darko).

Your work is wonderful and personally I like that they don't get together. I love as adults they can realize (will Christine anyway) they care for each isn't enough to sustain a full relationship, not anymore. I really love our MCU 616 Stephen with 838 Christine! I think they were able to fix the relationship problems they had, with each other. It’s sad though that they can’t be together because different universe incursions. Although I think it was good because they learned from the experience and are able to move on and forward with closure with also knowing that they still love and care for each other even if they’re from two different universes. Clea will be the next chapter for our MCU 616 Stephen and hopefully 838 Christine finds her equivalent to 616 Christine’s husband. Bittersweet ending

🥺I don’t know how to explain this but to me it’s like Stephen is real. I feel so sorry for him and everything he’s had to go through and most people focus on the so called ‘amazing’ characters that aren’t even great like Wanda who’s had a hard life but so has Stephen!! The amount he’s gone through like: losing his dream, losing Christine, losing his sister, losing his hands and losing Peter. "I love you. I love you in every Universe." And yet in no universe you belong to me...😔😔😔 I believe there are two types of people in this world. Those who are "Lover" and those who are "Not Lover." Strange loves Christine more than himself, more than anything. And clearly no one can ever love her more than him. He loves her from the core of his heart. But he never gets her. Because he isn't a lover. Lover aren't those who loves you most or loves you from the core of their heart. Lover are those who will put "being with you" over anything. But "Not Lover" can never do that. They would simply put your well being, your happiness, your safety over being with you. They will always be so busy to get you the universe. And that's why they never get the girl even if they deserve it.

I'm not crying. You're crying. Ugh, this is such a bittersweet edit but I _love_ it so much. Say what you want about the ships here. What they had was beautiful in its own right, regardless of what labels they had. I know Stephen here is a hero who deserves everything. But at the same time thats the whole point, about life being unfair. Also there seems like there is a small hope for them as rhe one from earth-838 is kinda flirting and gives him the best advice so far. I'm actually glad that they prove not every hero ends up with someone, PEOPLE don't always end up with someone. Sometimes there isn't a happy ending of that sort. Sometimes when we learn from our mistakes it's too late. We lose something on the way. It's an evolution. I really want Stephen to be happy. But sometimes this is just how people grow differently and I like how this couple shows it. Oh the tears in my eyes? Just ignore it.... 😅

Funny thing about that. The character is named Nicodemus and my son is named that as well but he was born before i started down the twisted road of my doctor strange obsession. I found out his name quite by accident as he is always simply referred to as Nick and I never thought much about it. Since letting my kid know about the name he likes to tease me about this in particular as he knows all about my marvel character obsession and this scene in particular 😅

Wanda was a psychopath who killed, tortured and butchered to get her way while Doctor Strange came to accept that he's never gonna get the girl despite what he does. Anyone who says otherwise, hasn't seen other films that beat this film's ass (ex: The Butterfly Effect, The Time Machine, Happy Death 2U, Donnie Darko).

Your work is wonderful and personally I like that they don't get together. I love as adults they can realize (will Christine anyway) they care for each isn't enough to sustain a full relationship, not anymore. It's just rare to have the leading man not get the girl and they still have a good relation to each other.

I really love our MCU 616 Stephen with 838 Christine! I think they were able to fix the relationship problems they had, with each other. It’s sad though that they can’t be together because different universe incursions. Although I think it was good because they learned from the experience and are able to move on and forward with closure with also knowing that they still love and care for each other even if they’re from two different universes. Clea will be the next chapter for our MCU 616 Stephen and hopefully 838 Christine finds her equivalent to 616 Christine’s husband. Bittersweet ending
