  • I’ve been following Bryan for a few months now, initially I clicked on a video of his purely out of curiosity because I recognized him from that one viral tweet. He’s very honest about his methods and regularly states he knows this isn’t possible for everyone but he has the time, money and interest to do it so why not be the guinea pig for future generations? Though we can’t all do what he’s doing we can: wear sunscreen, eat our veggies, do something active and read at least 10 minutes every day. Your mental and physical health will drastically improve. Before you know it little things like doing your dishes right after you eat, making your bed, tidying your house, prioritizing your sleep, etc all becomes second nature. I think I just developed the self respect/ love to want to have a clean living space, and the discipline to make it happen . And it all started with forcing myself to go to the gym 4x a week for 3 months (that’s when it truly felt like just something I do rather than a temporary experiment or chore)

  • Jesse's a really talented KZheadr, super excited to see the journey. It's cool to be inspired by him to follow dreams and be ambitious, I was really driven in early 20s but ended up struggling with substance abuse a lot, just got a year sober in early 30s, and it's cool that Jesse is a convincing example of why someone would be excited about life

  • Much respect that Bryan is being so scientific with his health/aging journey. The only thing I would say is based on the concept of balance. Even though we might not be able to scientifically quantify it, I think there could be some benefit to breaking such an immaculate routine... occasionally changing your diet, getting a little more or a little less sleep, going out a little, etc... consciously focusing on your health and anti-aging while strategically forgetting about it sometimes. Also, seeing all those pills/vitamins- I think if we look into the individual components of all those vitamins, "by the numbers" everything might add up, but the fact that they are all synthetic or processed supplements there might be some yet unknown negative/less than ideal effect to the body for taking so many supplements and not mixing in a better balance of organic natural whole foods. Appreciate the overall message in this video and great job to Jesse for exploring so many aspects of the health and fitness world!

I do A LOT of stuff for my skin, hair, and body (both internally and externally) while I’m young to prevent the unwanted signs of aging. Actually a lot of things that he does in this video are very well known in eastern medicine. So all in all shout out to him for caring about his well being from head to toe and inside and out because not a lot of people do that these days.

  • Really like Brian's attitude and sharing his results and protocols, I feel like a lot of positivity is going to come out of it for health span! Only thing I heard him say that I don't fully agree with, and maybe I'm taking what he meant out of context, is is money is entirely secondary to health. While I 100% agree health IS more important than wealth you HAVE to grind when you're young to afford a healthy lifestyle, especially one even remotely as intense as his own. So there's a tradeoff early on unless you get lucky or have family wealth start you out. He probably meant while he was grinding early on he could have been more conscious of sleep and diet while still working hard. There's definitely a tendency for teens/early 20 somethings to fully embrace "sleep when you're dead" and sugar/caffeine fueled diets with no real consistent exercise.
