    • They remember being healers by essence. Or maybe they remember that the true self, the infinite divine being can never be hurt so there is nothing to heal just embrace it all how it is, with no jugement but with joy, even when you feel like losing hope because of challenges. Joy and suffer can coexist simultaneously, maybe this what true healers deeply know because they have meet the depths of their being and know they infinite divine nature, beyond our perfect humain vessel. No energy is created, no energy is destructed, it only transforms or changes state, just like death is precisely that another state of being, is water evaporating, or gasoline becoming mechanical energy in a car…

    • Even through all the crazy things in my life, do you have daily spiritual activity around where you live? Do you have the hair raise up on the back your neck the hair raise up on my arms and a planter will move or a ball will roll or a grocery cart will ducking slide an inch, or further. I guess it depends on the vibrations . something will happen something something magical will happen next to me to someone else and everybody looks at me like I’ve got the explanation because I’m the guy that when I’m around everything happens and I don’t know why it happens

Empathy can feel what others feel emotionally, when he looked them in the eyes they could feel each others hurt and they then probably realized they were both just hurting probably in similar ways tho not connected. They probably become aware that they are jst two hurting and suffering beings of the same world and we’re taking it out on one another not realizing we are all 1

  • Im the scapegoat child and the one that has chosen to break the generational curses and live my life outside of my family, meaning parents and sisters inorder to break the cycles. I was full of resentment about that for along time because i was attached to the 3D like celebrations, Christmas, birthdays, etc that i wasnt part of but released it's part of the breaking of the curses, i cant break the curses if im living in the curses unconsciously. I love that im conscience and it's a hero's journey and the emotional pain has been unbearable at times, especially the Dark Night of The Soul but ive got through them, just. Ive been aware of this role for about 4 years but ive been awake for about 20 years going through different journey's. Ive had to get Sobriety so the Divine can come through more clearly, the Divine just puts things in my path to lead me to where i need to be and fir how long, ive heard Angels rejoice, about 50 dolphins jumping out of the water and no one else could see them, just real amazing experiences that i wouldn't change. The Divine downloads me with information so i can meet certain people at certain places or tell people the future. I have 2 children and 7 grandchildren and im the beacon of light, the truth teller and the one that is guide my family into the light. Even from a far i know my sister's and father are exactly where they need to be too, mum passed 3 years ago. ❤ Be the light, not the moth.

    • My heart goes out to you. I was the golden boy and my sister became the scapegoat and even moreso after our father died. My scapegoat sister has not been OK. And because our father died I had to protect my mother. Only now in mid life do I understand what's happened. And I'm trying to embrace and restart the relationship with my sister we once had, 30 years ago.

    • I share your story; the holiday rejection hits hard at the psyche, esp when I was so used and abused and exploited as a child. Now with no purpose to exploit, what is the point in having me around? I struggled with substances and so much worthlessness... but then I decided after 20 years to run into the face of the unspeakable. That which I feared no longer has power over me, my isolation is a consolulation that has led to greater gifts of intuition, empathy, and connectedness to God that no other path would have yielded the same result. I agree with you about being the light- but not for any other purpose than for yourself, and anything that dulls your shine is frankly a waste of your precious time, our most valuable commodity. So love on, serve, mend, and stand and know... you are not alone. ❤

    • Don’t give up, but do give yourself time in between to contemplate and mull over the areas that have shadowed you. Talk to yourself kindly as though you were talking to a dear friend and not beat yourself up for what you may have done, thought etc. shadows will unravel themselves, accept and let them go with loving kindness saying I’ve learned something from this, I can make an effort to do things differently. Of course we mess up again and again, but comes a time when we recognise that very moment to choose to be attentive or not. I’m 72yrs and was not aware of shadow work or the Mr Ego until 5 yrs ago. I’m leaning and practicing all the time. But hay, it feels much nicer to be nice. Holistic Blessings 💚🪷🙏🌟🌟🌟

  • I resonate with the Wounded Healer. Also the Toxic Empath where I absorb and feel collective emotions, or anyone's emotions and also being totally wide open and in a state of love, I had to close down. After closing down, I then suppressed feelings that became amplified, and I overwhelmed my relationships, and so today I live with a feeling of wanting to be open and express love but end up remaining silent and invisible.

  • In the quiet of solitude, I've felt the weight of unsaid words, A cascade of emotions, like unheard melodies of songbirds. Your presence, though distant, has touched me more than you know, In ways that words struggle to capture, in ways I couldn't show. I've longed for a space where our hearts could speak without fear, Where the walls I've built from silence, could finally disappear. The emotions pent up inside me, found ways to surface in the dark, Sometimes as tears in the night, sometimes as an unintended spark. This journey has been a labyrinth, with more turns than I could foresee, But at the center of this maze, is a plea for understanding from me. I yearn for the healing that comes from the balm of your grace, To find a path back to the harmony, that time nor distance can erase. I want to bridge the gap that's grown, to close the space between, To return to a place where you understand me, as you once have been. Let's create a sanctuary for our feelings, a haven safe and sound, Where the emotions that once overwhelmed us, can finally be found. I'm reaching out with open arms, hoping you'll understand, That all I've ever wanted, was to walk with you, hand in hand. To heal the rift that's formed, to restore the bond we've missed, And to share the silent language of the heart, that words can't always list.

  • Our wounds heal others.

    @BUHNANUHBREAD@BUHNANUHBREADАй бұрын
  • I had similar impressions. Long time denying the wounds makes accumulated pain so annoying and hard inside, that people stop being empathetic overwhelmed by the individual pain, which works as a barrier between us. It seems no healer can become one without the wound like being a good football goalkepper needs a lot of shots taken in the face and in the balls, with kicking from others as a "must" on the path of free will choices. This paradox is beautiful in action :) As you show, this process of experiences is working like a mechanixm of 4 stages: 1 wounds 2 analysis 3 synthesis 4 regeneration and healing. Personal feelings (probably written as a part of soul contract before incarnation) are to work as marks and scars, which create personal need to look at the matter and react as an act of will. 2 is analysis of where the wound is, how it happened and why it happened to understand all aspects to find out the reason, the poison, the weapon, the trick or whatever is needed to cure. 3 Synthesis is not ust recognizing ingredients to treat each wound soeparately, but needs time to go find the ingredients, prepare them, connect, use in specific conditions, so it builds knowledge with determination and future concentrated problemsolving mindset. 4 Knowing healing power and its positive influence on the pain dessapearance around it is just almost not possible to make other decision than just use it and teach others, as everybody is a healer for himself or herself, but the method is most often hidden and pretended to be outside the healed one. So the path anyway has to be in circles. Feeling and not healing leads to mental problems at least... I like your observations, as I did not compose mine this way, and it is similar with your help. Good luck!

I am half indigenous and half Haitian and my mother who passed away 3 yrs ago today was in residential school for 10 years and my dad who passed in Haiti in 97 when there were troubled times happening in Haiti much like today . But through it all my mother was a strong brave and courageous proud indigenous woman who shaped me to be who I am today!! She raised us with love and always reminded us the importance of forgiveness and to treat other how we want to be treated, and she instilled respect and values in us, and boy do I ever thank her for it today.❤️ but I do feel the wrongs of the past in my heart for sure and it played out in pain over the years. But knowing her words would be that we mustn’t hang on to such things, that we must forgive and let go helps heal my pain!!❤️😇🙏 Thank you for such a beautiful video, it touched my heart❤️❤️❤️🇨🇦

    • @@MomentaryMindOfficial no but I'd love to know who did and I think they deserve a credit. Especially because it adds so much to your content. That's all. Just respectful of the journey each artist walks to learn, refine their skills and express themselves.

  • Jesus christ is going to remove all Generational curses. YOU need to remove those Generational curses. You are worthy and much loved by God .He says Enough is Enough. Anew world 🌎 is coming were there be no more suffering no more Evil no deaths no sadness. YOU life will be joyless happiness and you will work and be part of Gods plans you will have new bodies like jesus christ at 33 in your prime .You just got to decide if this world 🌎 you want .Heaven or He'll alot think we are already on Hell on Earth 🌎 And He'll means a separation of God. AND IF not with christ you are in your own personal He'll. And the only way is jesus christ. AND only way out of the Firmament as Elon musk found out with his 🚀 rockets trying to break the Firmament. JESUS CHRIST IS THE ONLY WAY TO THE FATHER AND THE TRUTH AND LIFE. 🙏 ❤
