At the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki you can also watch fireworks every Friday night brought to you by the Resort.🎆🤙🏽🌴🌺
Yeah, Super cool, We were able to see those from our balcony
Thanks for posting this. I am turning 60 and never been to Hawaii. Now I know where my wife and I are headed
The two of you make great tour guides. I stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in 2012, flying my wife and daughter to Oahu non-stop from Phoenix as a 13th birthday present for our daughter. They loved the trip, the hotel and location. We took the sub ride, and watched the fireworks, and rented DVD's when we were ready to rest in the evening. The sub ride was amazing, a "bucket list" type of thing to do. We also went to Pearl Harbor and toured the Missouri, went to the Arizona memorial and ended our trip visiting the Polynesian Cultural Center on a bus tour that picked us up at the hotel. We loved Hawaiian Airlines, because they use wide-body aircraft for their non-stop flights from Phoenix to Honolulu. When I was still hungry after dinner they gave me a second one, since our meal was just a sandwich. The pools at the hotel were our only complaint, much too cold so we chose the nearby ocean for swimming.
I agree, The pools were a little chilly. But the ocean temperature was perfect!
Great video! Thanks for the info! I’m planning a trip for me and my children in the coming year to the Hilton Resort. Super excited
Oooohhh, the waters out there ❤ It`s really amazing to see the wildlife below. I can just close my eyes and be back in Uahu & Maui and that was bloody 30 years ago. Time flies..... Thanks guys for your fun videos!
Thanks so much for the support!
Keep hawaii hawaiian 🌺 🤙🏽 glad you guys enjoyed your stay 🙏🏽🤙🏽
Thanks for sharing your culture and home with us. It really is paradise
Love this video! Very informative! Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
Going there in December for the pear harbor anniversary. Super excited, expecting an amazing experience
So beautiful Waikiki beach!!😍😍 And wonderful resort as well!! I want to go there and take a rest👍👍 Thank you for sharing this my new friend!!
Thanks for visiting! It was a really nice resort
Wow, that resort is gigantic. I haven't had the pleasure of getting there yet, but i definately want to. It looks like i could just check in and then i would have probably everything i could want to do and more just right there which would make it really handy. It is truly paradise
You really don't have to leave the resort if you don't want to
Stayed at this resort back in July with my family. We were in the Tapa Tower. I’ve stayed at this resort on a number of occasions and it never disappoints! Missing it so much❤🤙🌺!
Gotta love that beach access!
You guys were so close to a way better breakfast upstairs at Hula Grill its a must. We send everyone there. ENjoy Cheee🤙🏼
We will have to check that out next time for sure
Thanks for the quick look! We have five nights there, coming up in a couple of weeks! We are looking forward to it, of course!
Hope you enjoy it!
I can't wait to see what you find in Hanouma Bay! Also, I dig the new suitcase logo.
Thanks! We just got it done
I’m checking in tomorrow! 😅can’t wait!

Em and I love your new logo! I think it’s a keeper
Thanks so much! We really like it too
So timely for me- was just looking to book this resort!
Awesome! Hope you have a great trip!
hi i had a question for you guys, u mentioned about the rental vehicles, what did u mean exactly is it best to rent a car from the airport? or not because then u have to pay for parking? but if u rent from outside the airport u dont have to pay for parking? thanks for all the advice planning on staying at this same hotel.
I recently stayed here my first time in Hawaii and the stay was Amazing and all the shops are really close so we didn’t have to leave the resort I will stay again next time I visit
Yeah, This resort has pretty much everything you need. No need to leave if you don't want to!
I checked for reservations and apparently they are booked for the next two years is this normal ? Or am I checking wrong ?
Great video! I’m looking into visiting here for my first Hawaii trip 🏝️
Have fun! Hawaii is awesome
Thank you.
Thanks for your video! Stayed a week there and fell in love with it.
Just got back to England after 11 nights at hawaiin village resort....it was paradise....we got married on Easter Sunday at the front of the rainbow tower ...just the two of us and a ukulele player but noticed there was a few people taking photos and videoing .....a long shot but is there anyone out there got any footage. Thanks x❤
Hi guys, loved your video! As we are planning our trip there can you please let me know if the main beach ( not a laguna) is good for swimming / snorkling meaning not big waves or too strong dangerous currents?
Depends on the conditions, Sometimes Waikiki Is super flat and calm, other times it gets decent waves, so relly just weather dependent
We just booked 6 nights there for December! We’re so excited!
That's awesome! Have Fun and let us know if you have any questions before your trip
I’ll be there in December the night before my cruise!
How was it? :)
@@Izzywizzy976 really nice!! We stayed in the Tapa Tower. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient. The pool with the slide was fun for my kids! They had plenty of stores on the property, but it was also close enough for us to walk to other places if we wanted. We mainly liked to explore the island, but when we were at the resort, we were always able to find something fun to do!
@@theotherjessica sounds like so much fun!!
Heya, can you tell me about booking activities in Honolulu, any tips I’m planning on going next Yesr ??
Amo mi hawaii
I wish I could go back there again. I was there 40 years ago next month.
I bet it has changed a lot. Waikiki is beautiful, but probably a lot more people now
Lucky enough to have stayed here twice...once in 82 and once in 2015
I bet it changed a lot in that time. Just seeing the difference in Waikiki must have been crazy
@@TheAwkwardTourists I dont remember much from the first visit except Pearl Harbor, punchbowl crater, and the bubbles floating past our balcony in Hilton Hawaiian Village when don ho was performing downstairs lol
Subscribed 🤙🏽
Thanks so much
My fiance and I are staying here next month for our honeymoon.. it looks so beautiful! We can't wait
Have a great trip!
How was it? Did they have any night entertainment shows?
@@Jackyy209 It was great! They had Friday night fireworks on the beach that were fun and then some nights they had luau shows - you had to pay to get in to them and eat at the buffet but you could just walk by and watch on the outside for free like we did 😊
Could you please let me know if the room has carpet or Laminated Vinyl Plank floors?
no carpet
Thank you for your video! Three questions: 1) There are microwaves in the room, right? 2) Do you still need to pay for beach chair rentals at the lagoon? 3) Do they serve alcohol/waited staff at the Lagoon?
I’ve stayed here and 1) Atleast the hotel room I stayed in there wasn’t any microwaves 2) You still need to pay for the beach chair rentals 3) Not sure
Is the water and beach more beautiful in Miami or Hawaii? Which is better ?
I think Hawaii, but Miami has some beautiful beaches too, I think the water in Hawaii is more clear. Each are really unique, so it is hard to say which is better. Hawaii really does the island vibe well, but the nightlife in Miami is really entertaining
Hello, looking at booking at this resort. What is the best and easiest way to travel to this hotel from the airport with a toddler, without having a car seat?
We took an Uber from the Airport and it was super convenient
I'm curious if I stayed at a hotel nearby, what things at the resort would be available to me? I would think things like the shops and places to eat would be open to the public but maybe the pools would not? Anything else? Thanks :)
From my knowledge You can access the resort restaurants and shops if you are not staying there. The beach and the lagoon are open to the public too. I think the only thing you wouldn't be able to do is go to the pools
@@TheAwkwardTourists awesome thanks!
Hi, leaving this week to stay at this resort. Is it really warm there this time of year?
Hi! It's usually warm so year round, but I would suggest doing a quick Google search to determine what the average temp is during this time of year
Is it an all inclusive resort?
I;m staying thre for a week hope would be fun
you didnt mention the Tapa Tower
is there a water refill machine at the resort?
Yes there is
Where staying there for global games this year for my cheer!
Awesome! Have a great time!
Have you been to the Hilton property in Waikoloa on the Big Island? We are going in April!!
We actually have and we made videos there! Check out our Hawaii playlist if you're interested
I went to Hawaii
How easy is it to get to the beach?
Very easy. The resort is right by the beach, so from the tower we stayed at (rainbow tower) you can access the beach about 100 feet from the elevator
is this an all incluisve resort?
It is not
Having a hard time deciding on this hotel or the Moana surfrider…. Have it all set up online and the Moana is about $10k more… wondering if it’s worth it or just stay here instead
Tough choice, I have never stay at Moana, but heard it's nice
Vegan restaurant is any of it?
Is it an all inclusive resort?
No, it's not. Those are pretty uncommon in Hawaii
@@TheAwkwardTourists darn went to a few website looking for one and said that this was
the ali'i tower has a pool and only guest staying there can use pool.
I did not know that, Is that one of the time share properties?
Soo all this restaurant belongs to hilton?? If u have a discount card u can use on those restaurants??
As far as we know, all restaurants on this property are Hilton. I don't know about any discount cards, that would be a question for the resort.
Didn’t look super kid friendly?
Spent our honeymoon there in 1983
Thats so cool. Such a beautiful spot
Too many shots of the vloggers we don’t care and show us stuff besides restaurants good grief
Lol
This is the worst hotel ever.
Why? I was going to book it for next month as weve been there 5 times before but its been a few years since our last visit. I was thinking it I should book this hotel once again or try a diff hotel. Can you tell me why you feel its the worse? It would help me alot.🩵
@@candy.yankovska The ratio of guests to accommodate in the restaurants is way off. We couldn't find a seat at a bar or a restaurant. The adult pool offers NO amenities... no bar, uncomfortable chairs, and no shade when the sun is blaring.
@@SangeetaMRao thank you🩵
@@candy.yankovska I used Resort Pass and booked a day pass at the Marriott Resort & Spa because their pool has more amenities. I was able to get a comfortable lounger, towels, an umbrella when the sun was strong, friendly service for drinks and food, and there was chill vibe music. The beach area outside is small, but the water was prettier and blue. You get none of that at the Hilton.
In most Asian countries for half the price of $25 you can eat a seafood buffet. Getting robbed in Hawaii
Okay review. I would of loved to see the rooms and hear any negatives like the AC or elevators not working. More details would of been nice but this was ok for a very general overview.🩵
Thank you for the tip, but this was a tour, not a review.
Is food expensive ?
It it definitely resort prices, but there are some cheap options if you look for them. Check out our Waikiki Cheap Eats video!
