  • I think Bale is the most impressive, the way he changes his weight fastly for each characher he plays. Many actors agree to gain weight, wether it's fat or mucles, but very few would not eat food at all for weeks to get sickingly thin. He wouldn't survive losing 1 or 2 kg's more, I think. Maybe just 3 % fat when he played The Machinist? I think he's among the Top 10 best actors in the world, he give 1000% for his rolls. It blows me away. Somone agree? :-)

    • The same thought crossed my mind. I think he did, but still I'm impressed how much he sacrifice for his roles. I think getting so thin by not eating for weeks was even more extreme than using anabolics. But it's not healthy though, I would never use it.

You see yourself in mirror each day so you dont realize it but results will be there.

To take Nothing away from the hard work, discipline and sacrifice of the actors, I couldn’t help noticing that many of them, Hemsworth, Evans, and to some degree even Cavill went from being boys to men in the space of their careers thus far. Let’s not forget the role hormones plays in the growth and maturation of the human body.
