Garlic Lemon Pepper Shrimp Noodles

Ingredients
Sauce
1 tablespoon seasoning sauce
½ teaspoon sesame oil
½ tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon black pepper or, according to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Shrimp Preparation
1 lb shrimps
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
Salt according to taste
Final dish
Chow Mein noodles (8-10 oz)
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
2 tablespoons unsalted butter or olive oil
Garnish
Chives or Spring Onions
Preparation
1. In one bowl, add 1lb shrimp, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper and mix it well.
2. Use a pan and place some olive oil and cook the shrimp on both sides for about 2-3 min.
3. In order to get the sauce ready, use a bowl and whisk together all the ingredients listed in the sauce section.
4. Using the same pan which we used for cooking our shrimp. We will use it for our noodles.
5. Place butter into the pan and minced garlic. Stir for about a minute, and then add the sauce. Cook the sauce for about 2 mins at medium heat.
6. The next step is to add the cooked noodles to the pan and mix it well with the sauce.
7. Place the noodles on a plate and place the cooked shrimp.
8. Garnish it with some chives or Spring Onions. Enjoy!!! 🙂
