Try again and again. You'll succeed. Learning piano is like that. When I did the basic level in the keyboard, I struggled a lot to cope up. Now I'm in Trinity Initial Lvl. I’m a total beginner in piano, but I took 2 years of guitar class. I can’t even count how many times I press the wrong key/hands not coordinating while playing with 2 hands. After all, I decided to put on 0.5x mode in order for my brain to get extra time to think. I guess I’ll just work from there. 😂 I’m probably only gonna do the first part because the second part looks more complicated.

This is so helpful. I decided to buy a keyboard and promised myself I would commit to 10 minutes a day on weekdays and an hour on weekends. Then I decided to use this tutorial and just learn a few notes during those 10 minute sessions. Here I am two weeks later finding myself spending an hour or two a day just enthralled with learning this. So incredible. I can play all the notes on the right hand and I just started learning the comped left hand chords then I’ll put it all together but this is so helpful. Thank you.

This shouldn’t be the case because the left hand is just playing inversions. They play at the same time. Think of it as one whole piece and you should be good. Additionally, this shouldn’t be your first song. I’d try “Bach minuet in g Major” and then “canon in d Major” before this. There’s a whole list of songs after that which I’m doing. gymnopedie no. 1 Fur Elise River flows in you There is none like you Reflection Hope this helps

This got me 100% on my first music assessment! It wasn’t the song we had to learn (in fact we only had to learn 3 seconds of dance macabre ya know that dead famous bit) and I got an 80% as my challenge was to then learn how to use base notes. Once she had finished assessing everyone, I played the intro to this with both hands. She heard and said I could clearly use base notes and gave me an 100,the only one in the class! Love this video thanks for getting me an 100

I’m a total beginner in piano, but I took 2 years of guitar class. I can’t even count how many times I press the wrong key/hands not coordinating while playing with 2 hands. After all, I decided to put on 0.5x mode in order for my brain to get extra time to think. This is so helpful. I decided to buy a keyboard and promised myself I would commit to 10 minutes a day on weekdays and an hour on weekends. Then I decided to use this tutorial and just learn a few notes during those 10 minute sessions. Here I am two weeks later finding myself spending an hour or two a day just enthralled with learning this. So incredible. I can play all the notes on the right hand and I just started learning the comped left hand chords then I’ll put it all together but this is so helpful. Thank you.

I played this for the baby bird that lived across my house in the park there was two but the older one died on the next day but the day before yesterday when I went to visit again it was not there it felt like it just.............. This shouldn’t be the case because the left hand is just playing inversions. They play at the same time. Think of it as one whole piece and you should be good. Additionally, this shouldn’t be your first song. I’d try “Bach minuet in g Major” and then “canon in d Major” before this. There’s a whole list of songs after that which I’m doing. gymnopedie no. 1 Fur Elise River flows in you There is none like you Reflection Hope this helps

This got me 100% on my first music assessment! It wasn’t the song we had to learn (in fact we only had to learn 3 seconds of dance macabre ya know that dead famous bit) and I got an 80% as my challenge was to then learn how to use base notes. Once she had finished assessing everyone, I played the intro to this with both hands. She heard and said I could clearly use base notes and gave me an 100,the only one in the class! Love this video thanks for getting me an 100

The first minute of this tutorial is perfect for beginners. really easy to follow along with while using both hands.
True that’s what I was thinking since the left hand doesn’t go too in depth at that moment and time, after the 1 minute mark, the left one starts getting no involved in the melody making it too difficult to process for beginners
