I think if everyone listened to this music for an hour before they got on with their day and for an hour before they went to bed at night this world, although not perfect, would be a much better and more peaceful place. staring at a candle is a way to access ur 3rd eye. its called Trataka. its a yogi meditation technique however after 25 yrs of practice i alter the way they do it and use my 3rd eye to remove pain....
