My theory is that the new operator is the operator who was going to be in rainbow when enlisting before when dokkaebi hacked her self in
Yeah I think that could be the case too
By the way 도깨비 (Dokkaebi) means "Goblin" in Korean, which in Korean Folklore are more like Ghosts (although Ghost is "귀신") that take many forms through objects (such as a phone), not people who have died (귀신), and are not evil but rather known for playing pranks or riddles on humans and just being mischievous. Not really at all like the Middle Age Tolkein-esque Goblins you would typically imagine with the creature "Goblin".

What if the new Korean Operator actually goes to Nighthaven. Being the original Operator to be going into Rainbow with Vigil before Dokkaebi hacked herself in. Maybe Kali shows up to the recruitment for other motives, sees that conflict between Dokkaebi and the new Operator, and decides to take advantage of the situation and extends an invitation. Just like she did with the R6 Operators that left with her. That could also set Nighthaven as the "Black Sheep" of the new Rainbow family. An adversarial relationship, but a relationship, nonetheless.

I think nighthaven is going to yet involved this year, season 3 is going to add a new rainbow operator and season 4 will had a nighthaven operator. The way I see this happening, is that the new operator is training at Tower, nighthaven operators are working in south Korea when they get Intel on Deimos, nighthaven decides to give this Intel to rainbow to help them with their fight. However, Deimos discovers that nighthaven has Intel on him and tracks them down to tower, the nearest rainbow base. With this knowledge Diemos launches an attack on Tower, incapacitating or killing a nighthaven operator effectively bringing nighthaven into the fight against Deimos. During this attack Deimos succeeds in taking this Intel back keeping rainbow and nighthaven in the dark and giving a win to Deimos. That's just me though.
where did you find the videos of the operators gadgets all getting shown on a table?
They were released a few months back showing each squads gadgets. As and when each squad was announced. So Wolfguard before Sens’ release, Nighthaven before Grim etc. they’re on the official rainbow YT channel

I know one hilarious piece of lore with her. Vigil and the commander of her squad actively don't like her and Vigil's goal in rainbow is to see if she screws up so their commander can discharge her lol
Actually, Dokk thinks Vigil is helping the general who hates her but Vigil is actually protecting her in his own way. The general wants Vigil to report any screw-up from Dokk so he can fire her, hence Vigil is strict towards her cuz he knows this would trigger Dokk to be more focused, reducing any chance of her making mistakes, and in turn Vigil gets to flip off the general by saying Dokk is performing well in his monthly reports.

So what if, okay, what if, we simply put our phones on silent and not vibrate. Or better yet, if the defenders spot Dokka first, destroy the phones.
To answer this, it’s a virus that can bypass the command putting phones on silent. Destroy your phone, and then you’re completely blind with no cams (which isn’t good)
Since vibrate is just a mode you can toggle in the phone settings, maybe the hack changes that setting then rings the device. In that case you could argue "then why not play the ringtone rather than just vibrate the phone?" to which I'd say I don't know, maybe the vibrating is easier to pinpoint or something. On destroying the phones, they are R6 company property so it would get expensive. Though it would be funny if they spot her and leave their phone somewhere to bait her into a trap
