    • @@maryanitaschmidt9651 while it is amazing when an animal is comfortable that way, as a loooong time human of many cats, please wear chainmail or plate armour on your face the first time to attempt it 🤣...because......cats. Even our most cuddlable ever would probably not be thrilled with a hood carrier. But then again he is 15 pounds of formerly feral kittiness. Try it, but remember cats have the ability to simultaneously twist, claw and bite in roughly .000000000476452 milliseconds, just to show they 'care' 😄

    • @Dave Cook why would you expect the worst. Also the internet is a thing look the person up. Sounds like you’re making excuses instead of letting us know if this is real or not. Bunnies don’t show affection for humans they don’t already care for so with the bunny licking the guy on the face proves it cares and he cares. Crazy how animals KNOW who’s good or bad.

I can literally wrap my hand around her entire face and I don't worry about being bitten, actually no scrap that, I can put my finger *in* her mouth and touch her teeth, and I'm not worried. She threatens my cats though.

    • Absolutely correct. Many years ago, an abandoned puppy stayed in the trash can shelter outside my grandparent's house and she was there for a day or so, Gran was hesitant to bring her in, because she thought an owner was looking for her. But soon she relented and took her in. Susie was usually a mild mannered dog, but whenever she noticed bad people around Grandma, she would go into a protective mode. When Grandma had to go into hospital for a month, Susie became stressed. Sadly she died one week before Grandma did, I guess she was getting ready to join her.

You have no idea how the bun got out there. :\ Same with dogs, cats, etc. I had a ferret that got outside somehow once and the kind people who he ran up to went around looking for his owner and returned him to me. If they had been like you and thought he was abandoned I never would have seen him again. That sucks. Don't be so quick to assume the worst thing. • @@shionmoon384 A rabbit should favor one corner of one room to do its business, so if you put a litter box there with some type of paper pellet litter or even CareFresh would work, then some hay on top of that (actually if you can, it's best to put their hay right above their litter box because they love to eat hay and go poopy at the same time, lol) they should take right to using it without any extra coaching, like a cat. Or if you're setting up before the rabbit comes, just pick a corner of the room where the rabbit can have some privacy and set everything up there. Then put the rabbit in the litter box first thing when you bring them in the house so that they can get used to it and will know where it's at. There may be the random turd here and there, but for the most part, they should keep to their box. My bun has never peed outside her box. Hope this helps! • We had a bunny, but sadly had to put her down due to illness and injury. She was a sweetheart and she is very much missed. If you have the right set up they are very easy care. They need more than just a cage but keeping her play area clean wasn’t much work at all. I wouldn’t consider them high maintenance compared to a dog. Dogs have to be washed, let out to go to the bathroom several times a day etc. Yea there is some care involved, but I wouldn’t say they are harder to take care of than a dog.
