@@Heddu it comes from hours of practise, know your opponents strengths and stop them. Make the game difficult for them. For example if you watch Abe vs Maruyama...Abe knows that Maruyamas uchimata is deadly and dangerous so he doesnt let him do it, he applies pressure by being more aggressive and not allowing Maruyama to use his fav technique

@@Heddu keeping elbow up and flexed avoiding him taking a lapel grip, also see how Ebinuma uses his right hand to bring Hashimotos grip down to weaken and break it off
