I had mulite xl's in the past. 3000 miles, 1 plug. I just got a set of mudlite 2's, I put a hundred miles on during the weekend. So far I love them.
I have ran the original mudlite tire on a 2013 Polaris 400 love the tire traction everywhere from trail to mud despite the kinda of rocking around at very slow speed and also have ran the mudlite xt which I ran on a 2013 Polaris scrambler 850 which also was an awesome tire from trail to mud. ITP tires deliver all around capabilities and I wouldn't expect anything less from ITP. Next tire swap on my can am commander will definitely be iTP mudlite 2s!!!!
I loved the performance of the my mudlites but with that said i have had 2 major bike runs ruined with punctures, but when they work they work good lol,
Would the mud lite II's be a good choice for a 600 grizzly?
Not sure if i want these or the mudlite XLs???? Im a on off trail/mud rider
How do you like the Mud Lite II vs XTR?
I had a set of mud lite xtr on my old arctic cat I loved them but wore out fast and always had wheel bearing issues. I now have a 2022 outlander 1000xt. How would these mud lite 2 work for it?
Long term review?
Looking for a atv tire chain recommendation for these tires.. My Polaris ones dont work..
How wide are those rear tires in video are those 9 inch wide all around ??? Or are those 11 inch in rear ??
you guys need to do a review of the ITP Blackwater Evolution. I have them on my Outlander Max 1000, 28x10x14 on 14x7 SS216 wheels. I love everything about this set up and people need to know more about this tire.
100 percent agree looking at buying a set for my commander 1k. How well do they come out of a greasy rut, and how well do they do in deep snow?
im thinking of getting those ones. plus the 28s seem almost like 30s. and still not crazy heavy
Looking at these tires as well. Just wondering if the 28x10 rubs when turning or anything. Have factory suspension setup.
can i get them for my atv
He said 3/4 of an inch on the 25's and 1 1/8 on the 30's,,, what is the tread depth on the 28" ???
IMO takin off the dirt commanders was a down grade. install 30" dirt commanders and have a much better all around tire. these new mud lites very well may be an upgrade from the original, but to me they are not a ground breaking new tire. but hey a new tire bring more options for consumers and that's always a plus
Love my zillas. No complaints.
TheOutty500 same
Could i run mud lites on my 2015 polaris ace 570 or should i go with mud lite xl?
I just put a set of 26" on my sportsman 570. They handle great, I like them better then my xl's
Looks like a nice improvement over the ML1, I wonder if it will end up with the same nick name "plug lite" 2's though haha Cant see me changing my Big Horns for these.
Big Horns are trash
@@timmyburch9126 Thanks for that info Tim !
Im thinking about getting new tires for my sportsman 800. What is the best affordable mud tire would everyone recommend?
Gregory Helton zillas
good at low speed, once you go over 45 km/h they wobble really bad... not a good trail tire, great for snow and mud ...
Benchmark? The original mudlites were JUNK. Very prone to punctures, wouldn't clean out in most mud on the trail, and they wore out in less than 1500 miles on light ATVs.
My Mudlites looked like a pin cushion with all the plugs it needed after one year of use... Junk
I have to agree. I had a set of the original Mud Lite's on a Sportsman 600 and I hated them. They wore out very fast and I didn't like how the steering wandered with them. I have an ATV buddy that had a set on a Honda Rincon 680 and he thought the same thing I did about them. These version II tires look like they will be a much better tire.
My mudlits were out on in 2005 and have 4000 kilometers and they still look close to new and never had a plug.. good and bad sets with these
I'm sure there sponsored
mud lites have always sucked. i never understood the appeal.
