You need to get someone in to drag your pond. It will get rid of all the smelly mud ( which is decomposing leaves and rubbish) it will make the pond healthier for animals and kids to be in.
Agreed! Also check out 'natural swimming pools'. You could dedicate a small area of the pond to build a filtration system which will help with stagnation. Once its dragged you'll notice a big difference!!
Have you ever eaten dandelion greens or made dandelion jelly? Jelly is delicious taste like sweet honey! And you have a plentiful amount of dandelion!

@@foldingchairepicness4793 have you watched Neil Koch build his swimming pond? He started from scratch but it's looking amazing. I think dragging the pond would be a great idea. Much cleaner and I'm guessing would look fantastic. I'm so excited to see how the house turns out. I just know it'll be beautiful.

Don't forget to put in tons of outlets in your kitchen & pantry, on separate breakers, so you can run as many crockpots, pressure canners & instant pots as you like.
Well placed outlets on the exterior of the house is also very helpful.

We're about to build and will be doing as we did on mission trips in the past- write Scripture (on framing before Sheetrock)on thresholds, floors, door/window frames for blessing, protection and dedication to the Lord. ❤

It's awesome Sarah ! the annoy thing I wonder about is the massive window in the pantry... Sunlight makes food get older quicker.... that is why so many people do not put a window in their pantry !
I wondered about that, too. Maybe put a black-out shade in there. You could open it when you are using the room but close it the rest of the time.

They are really beautiful in the fall, too. But they are prone to caterpillars after they bloom so watch out walking under them!

There are two things I'd like to suggest That you look at from another channel. One is the pregnancy testing on your cows and your small milk production. The other is a pond remake by a waterscape/pondscapecompany And I think they help you out with KZhead influencers deals. Both the cows and the pond are on "white house on the hill" .

So so exciting! I am sure it is going to be absolutely gorgeous. I grew up on the St Johns river (FL) and it was such a blessing to have our little dock to fish, watch nature, row around in the boat, etc. You and Solo are a beautiful example of how to raise a family and do marriage well. Beautiful! I highly recommend storage space under the stairs, like hidden cubbies inside the step. This is so convenient and space saving

Also have someone come in and drag your pond. It will take away the smell and be better for the kids to swim in. ❤

I have watch numerous KZheadrs that have LGD (live stock guardian dogs) and they have all said if you want a good dog, they have to stay with the livestock, they still love you but you want them to fully bond with the livestock 👍🏻🥰

My cheaper hack for skin is to take 1 tablespoon olive oil each day. It doesn't taste that great but it helps my skin so much in the winter time when I'm consistent. The best part - I have in my cupboard all the time so I don't have to to buy anything else.

Speaking of the pond, my family was camping one time and there was a pond. The pond had a sandy beach and also the bottom of the pond, out about 10 feet or so, and a sandy bottom. What they had done was during the winter, when the pond was frozen, they spread sand all over it, and as the ice melted the sand settle to the bottom. So excited to see the house completed. Wow, it’s going up so fast! When they put all the plumbing and wires into your walls it’s helpful to slowly video the whole house before they put the sheet rock up. That way you know what’s what and where before it gets hidden.
