  • For any of y’all wondering, the guy playing synth in the corner is Daniel Lopatin, aka Oneohtrix Point Never. He was the co-executive producer on Dawn FM, plus has done some remixes (save your tears and Dawn FM are the two I think). He also was music director for Abel’s halftime show a couple years back. Not only that, he’s an incredible musician in his own right. Arguably a GOAT of experimental electronic music, inventor of vaporwave, did the soundtrack for Uncut Gems (where he and Abel met actually), and a quickly rising star of a producer. Abel was co-executive producer on his most recent album, plus provided the vocals for No Nightmares, which is an incredible song.

  • It's only for a couple split seconds at a time in this, but I love when the weeknd actually puts his real vocal ability on display. Maybe he doesn't want to blow out his pipes or something, but it's a thing of beauty when he really let's himself go. just my 2 cents.

    • As a Brit, I am so grateful to Canada for giving us and the rest of the world such a fantastic artist. I just love this song, and have it on repeat over and over again in my car. Abels voice is unbelievably good, and just shows that you don’t need a room full of techies to make someone sound great, you just need someone with talent and a microphone.
