  • At 68 and in remission with stage 3c colon cancer, I'm getting ready for the inevitable. Yes, I do have many regrets, but I do have many fond memories. And listening to wonderful songs like this helps keep the good memories alive with in me. If you are young find that soul mate and live your life to the fullest. But most importantly walk with Jesus. Having him walking with you in your life journey guarantees happiness and success.

    • I couldn't agree with you any more on this absolute beauty of a song , this song will always remind me of my dad,from a child hearing him sing it in his scrap van , he was a double of barry Gibb and also his name was barry too he had the beard , the hair but unfortunately not the voice haha , 16vyrs since he passed away . I love love the song for all the sentimental reasons I gave but boy as soon as I hear the intro the tears are flowing uncontrollably, I'm 45 and grew up listening to these absolute legends through my parents

  • Man, I can't believe I forgot about these guys for so many years (last time I saw Grease, about 25 years ago). MY BAD! These guys are Beyond compare. When I hear this song I get a visceral feeling in my body, Since I've rediscovered. I think I've listened to the song at least a 100 times in the last 3 days.     • Apparently there were 27 different vocal tracks layered together in this song. The overall tonal quality and the "tremolo" effect sounds very much like Barry's voice, so I imagine that he formed the majority of the final mix.

  • One of the best songs ever written by one of the very best song writers ever, and sung here in one of the best music videos ever recorded. This song is magnificent. Very complicated technically and musically. The harmonies are exquisite, perfect. A very sad thing that Barry is the only one still living. The likes of these musical geniuses will never be seen or heard ever again. Still listening as writing. Tears in my eyes because of the message and my experiences, but also of joy as this song talks to ALL of my senses. Okay, back for another listen. Never tire of this.

  • April 2024! Still enjoy the harmony. I’m enduring colon cancer also, yet these guys give soothing energy. My wife and I know our love will never die! She battled AML in 2015, 2016 , then colon cancer in 2021. She’s coaching me thru the chemo now! Teaching me to kick cancer to the curb!

  • I was 18 when this song came out. What a masterpiece. And oh, the Bee Gees, unparalleled in lyric writing, composition, and singing. As the world lost Maurice and Robin (and Andy), I can't help but look at those proficient musicians in the orchestra, either young in age or middle aged at the time. It's been 43 years. I'm sure many of them have also finished their time on this earth. Their contribution to this beautiful recording is also appreciated.

I cried a little because I miss him. He had a asthma attack and unfortunately didn’t make it. His beautiful soul will always be with me.🕊❤️ I Love you papa❤️

  • As a child of the seventies...I remember being in bed hearing my parents listening to these beautiful songs. Every time I hear them I miss my parents so much but it puts a smile on my face because of the beautiful memories 💓 that smile on Robin's face 🥰🥰

  • I can’t remember where I heard this from but it made me come to the music video and now it’s a song I listen to when I just need to shake a certain feeling off. I’m not sure what that feeling is, maybe loneliness, but it definitely makes me feel better. They did an amazing job with this song, the vocals are impeccable!
