Usher at age 13 was with Diddy for ONE YEAR (as he said on the Howard Stern Show) and Diddy had GUARDIANSHIP over him at that time, unlike Bieber's 48 hours there. I don't know what Usher's mom was thinking. After some time passed Usher spoke out about it. How do we know Usher didn't tip Bieber off about Diddy when Justin's mom wasn't around? We don't.
