Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 - Uprising is a 2009 real-time strategy video game developed by EA Los Angeles and published by Electronic Arts. It is a stand-alone expansion to Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 released for Microsoft Windows and offered via digital distribution. It does not require Red Alert 3 to play. It features about 30 new maps for traditional skirmish with many of these taking place in new environments. It does not contain any multiplayer elements such as cooperative play, online play or network play.
A part of Uprising called Commander's Challenge was also released as Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 - Commander's Challenge for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on September 24, 2009. It functions as a stand-alone game and does not require Red Alert 3 to play. Commander's Challenge contains only the Commander's Challenge mode of Uprising and the new units and weapons, but not the campaign or skirmish modes.
So I realized that in order to win a BRUTAL level Enemy, you must not wait, and must be aggressive and fast. GG
indeed - you can also try to keep your heroic units alive, they have a self-heal ability and a better firepower you must quickly expand to the refineries to have more creds than AI to send more units than they can GG
What's more, you have to expand your ore refinery as fast as you can. Money is everything XD
Good game on that one zoom3000 but, you must know one thing: Next time do not forget to build Experimental Battle Lab also some of the units have their own special weaponry. For example, attack dogs have amplified bark which causes enemy infantry paralyzed for some time. You can make your own experiments with every units' special ability. I also suggest you build multiple crusher cranes for both repair and (just like at Yuri's Revenge) you can crush some of your units to gain money. Finally, you can build almost every building on the water on this game except War Factory and Barracks you can also build defences on water look for the sign of Amphibious (the sign of blue wave) at the unit icons' upper right corner.
@@jediknight2983 I don't really like the special abilities section, but I'll try to get used to it.
Exactly. Try to do all3 factions if you can.
What I hate about Uprising is how they removed the "Co-Commander" mode. It was a lot of fun to play with those 9 Commanders, feel like real people are playing with you, give the game life! They put them in "Commander's Challenge" so was it this hard to put them in Skirmish too?
One of the main reasons I prefer RA3(with mods) over uprising.
Ali Alatrach yeah I agree I love having co commanders that talk to you in RA3 it’s disappointing they took away that feature in uprising
Fantastic battle. My eyes were glued to the screen the whole time. I don't know whether it was the music or the constant back and forth, but it was extremely exciting.
I've found that red alert 3 can sometimes be fun.
I had this game for a week and I had a hard time finding out how to build the walls, turrets and Iron Curtain. Now I know where to find them
0:10 Yuriko's theme
A horror movie has to be released!
in order to win brutal AI u need 40k credit start. Cant do it at 10, specially with Soviets.
Somewhere I prefer the "old method" of playing against one Brutal is pretty easy, and if you want to level up, just add more AI. I mean, no way that i can beat like 1 vs 4 Brutals or somthing in Red Alert 3.
1 vs 1 is possible most of times, in really small maps. Large maps, it is a bit difficult.
10k is impossible against brutal AI's in most maps, 20k is possible but challengy, 40 and 30k are super easy. the thing is you need just enough extra cash at the beginning to secure a couple of expansions without being too much behind in the army.
@@zoom3000 1v4 brutals is possible, but you need infinite cash for that, still hard
congratulations
if i'm understanding it correctly, brutal AI has double economy ? like every income is doubled for them ??? in this game for instance, the AI had only 2 ref all alone but it managed to get twice the eco than the player who had almost 3 - 4 ref for the entire game !!!
yes, brutal has double eco, and has a semi flowless micro because it can micro all the army at once
@@yerr234 yes brutall attacsk everywhere with all available units, while u focus on one place, it attacks all places and destroys most dangerous units then crush ur army
Glad that you didnt meet a Harbinger gunship
I got him to early ;) but you right, thats what i dont like about ra3 uprising - the Harbinger gunship is total OP
@@zoom3000 coupled with Rising Sun's Giga Fortress, Soviet is in huge disadvantage in Uprising
GG
Wonder why didn't the allies use air force as much
Please music and beginning
As always excellent, but about a couple of points. The ore collector can be ordered directly from the ore refinery, so there is no need to take it from the factory or shipyard. Do not forget that all units have an alternative ability, for example, the Hammer tank, in addition to the main gun, has a gun thanks to which the Hammer steals armor from equipment and buildings, and can also steal a gun from vehicles (it destroyed, for example, the Guard and in normal mode, the Hammer will shoot with both its weapon and the Guard’s weapon.) And, by the way, are you planning to play at least one match in the original Red Alert 3, and not in Uprising?
I don't like the special abilities. Once you play an intense game, you have to worry about one thousand and one other things like wielding powers, defending from every possible front, taking care of fixed money, attacking, defending, building, and the last thing I want to do while doing this is to approach some specific unit and use its special ability. My vision when I play is a MASS gameplay, see for example my Red Alert 2 games. I can use special capabilities in a campaign, or tasks that don't have to worry about a thousand and one other things. Special abilities are something I'm going to use less, consciously, and I'll incorporate games from both Rising and vanila.
@@zoom3000 Well, it's your opinion, but i hope, that my tips early or later can help you.
I love when my Hammer tank steals a gun from a Shockwave Artillery xD
Rush b my friend 😁
Few skills in the game
Where are you from brother?
Soviet union
Why not mortar rush the enemy? Mortar+bullfrog+terror drone should be easy
not exactly 'easy', too much micro involved for this.
@@yerr234 true
Todo está bien pero el reto es 10000 de créditos y no 40000
commies OP
Lol allies not fairlplay, all unit better
Allied? The Allied in RA3 are the worst faction.
@@zoom3000 lol, dude that is just so wrong on many levels, please watch some multiplayer matches and you will understand how op allies are.
