Having to put down a pet who is also a big part of the family is one of the hardest decisions to make. It honestly brings tears to my eyes because as no matter how much love you give them theres nothing that can change the out come. Time never heals that broken heart but things come and go that ease that pain. I can promise you that. The blessing out of all this pain is all the love they shared with you and knowing that you gave them the best life. ❤

I felt this. Three years ago, my ten month old puppy was hit by a car because of mishandling at the vet. It was in the thick of covid and the vet tech had to take her in to prevent people inside. He didn’t put the leash around his hand and my dog got scared and ran into the busy road and got hit. Another dog from her litter made her way into our lives and the pain and happiness and emotion I felt when I saw her was unreal. Three weeks ago, one of my cats was hit by a car and passed. When I got home after learning, I held my other for three hours. I hope you have a great time with your new cat and cherish those you have with the other.❤

As a cat parent I can confirm when your cat dies or you lost your cat.. it feels like you lost your soul.. 🥺 Oh god.. so many people lost their cat. I know nothing will comfort your pain and I understand them. But trust me our beloved cats are in better place.

I feel his pain. I had to put down my 8½ year old Siberian cat just a week ago and it honestly feels like I will never stop crying whenever I think of her.
