    • Men back then (I'm talking the 50s btw) had the luxury of ubiquitous third spaces and a dating culture orders of magnitude more healthy and dynamic then what we have today. I'm being serious, do quick research on the dating landscape of the 50s, imagine that movie American graffiti, when the girls switch cars and dates like 3 to 4 times a night That's was basically accurate to reality We simply don't have that anymore

  • From personal experience; haircut, hair style, clipped nails, trimmed beard, slim fitted clothes, nice shoes, a nice fragrance on rotation (I have 3 by Afnan: Modest Une, 9AM Deep Dive, and 9PM). My supervisor (25 yrs old) looked 40+ years old; long hair, long beard, baggy and worn out looking clothes, ugly shoes, etc. We have an older super (40 yrs old); he dresses like what I described my 25 year old supervisor to look like. Then, there is me.... Fitted black pants, black dress shirts, button down short sleeve shirts, long sleeve button down shirts, nice sneakers, nice hair cut, nice hairstyle, 3 fragrances in rotation, trimmed beard.... Needles, to say my 25 tear old supervisor dropped dressing like my 40 year old supervisor. Abd he started dressing like me, similar clothes, similar hair cut and style, similar shoes..... Now, we look like brothers.

  • I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

  • Lips and under eyes region are missing for Skin Care: I put on a day-serum and a SPF 30 day cream + undereye cream and Labello (lipstick for moisturizing them) in the morning and in the evening only a retinol serum, that lipstick + small dab of vaseline to lock moi😢on the lips; I exfoliate my face once a week; doing this routine since 3 weeks and my face seems so smooth on photos and while touching and I am prone to dry skin

  • I would also add, if you're overweight, drop down to a healthy bodyfat %. I'm 6'2", and was 264lbs a few months ago. Now I'm lifting heavy 3x/week, counting calories with Factor meals, taking Mounjaro each week, and I'm down to 232 already. I am still overweight, but it's a world of difference and I'm already getting much more female attention. Clothes fit better. Sex is better. It's great. Give me another six months and we'll see how awesome I look. The reason I mention this is because when I was obese, I just didn't care about my skin care, my clothes, or my teeth. What did it matter if I were simply perfuming the pig?

  • I was always told that I had a great smile. Then, my doctor prescribed a medication that I ended up not really needing without informing me of the side effects it had on teeth. The med destroyed my teeth... eroded them beyond repair. Otherwise, I am very happy with my appearance... but I just can't smile. It sucks. I'm going to have to have a conversation about a full-mouth implant. I wish there was something that could be done about that, legally, but apparently my state prohibits taking legal action against a prescribed drug that was approved by the FDA. Sucks....

  • Great tips, but you didn't mention anything about fragrances? Do you think a handsome man should wear fragrances like Kevin Samuels said? Or should he rely on his natural pheromones like George Carwin said?

  • You can only work with what you are given but if you are lucky to have hair your body fat % and your haircut (as stated) can honestly improve you rating/10 by as much as 2 points. That's huge. A 4 to a 6, a 5 to 7, but at worst no matter your structure you will get a point out of it. That last example in the bodyfat % section in this video he went from a below average to "Oh is he a model?" Because of the elongating hair style that suites his facial structure and that newly revealed structure caused by losing all that fat. I agree also from personal experience (and science of course) that to much sugar and/or carbs can can drastically increase and promote acne. Sun is a massive, and I cannot stress massively negative impact if overexposed. Sun damage causing premature skin aging, is never worth even a moderate tan. Looking more pale and having young fresh skin for decades more is better than a small period in your life being bronzed. However, you do want to have decent vitamin D levels, so some sensible Sun exposure is great. If you have to work in the Sun, try round brimmed hats and always use sunscreen to help reduce the damage.

  • I have a strong jawline, and women compliment it a lot irl. Hell, both men AND women come up to me and tell me how good looking they think I am which is very flattering. I tend to get comparisons with Adam Levine/Olivier Giroud a lot. I do accentuate my facial features to stand out more which definitely helps. I am 35 but look 26 irl due to great genes from my dad's side (he also looks a lot younger). I stick with a few day stubble, but I could see my jawline becoming less prominent if my beard was thicker and perhaps not as noticeable by people. I think it's fine to use whatever you need to look better, which may include tanning your skin or using a little concealer if you have dark circles under your eyes.

    • I don't have a sharp jawline(due to bodyfat, my masseter muscles are well developed) so I carry a beard to hide it. I will go for a cut in February to reveal it

  • If your problem is just poor grooming, then learning how to groom will improve your looks. However, if your problem is poor genetics, there is nothing that you can do. Acceptance is key, and try not to make it any worse by having poor grooming habits.
