@@johnsteves9158 to be able to give financial advice legally you have to be registered with the SEC or your state under I believe Investment Advisers Act of 1940. SEC has very well done requirements, I'm not sure about states but either way none of these people are registered with either so they can't legally give financial advice so they use that cop out saying it's not financial advice. If it's a strong enough argument that remains to be seen but otherwise you could sic the SEC on them. I believe there are similar rules in the UK and in EU. You can easily look this up. SEC itself provides a pdf on what constitutes a real financial advisor. I'd post more info on this but I'm not sure how to put it in a form short enough for a KZhead comment.

That Complaint is basically an admission that everything said about him is true! It's absolutely hilarious that him feeling anxious about being perceived as a felon and worried that it might impact his life. Newsflash: Most criminals are worried about being exposed as criminals and experiencing the consequences of their behavior. I was watching "Lawtube" channels coverage and most of them said Rottenborn made strong legal arguments and did the best with what he had. Elaine Bredehoft had a serial liar for a client AND she's an annoying dishonest disgrace of a lawyer who resorts to dirty tricks. She shouldn't be hired by anyone for anything. But this only matters in a televised trial. If the bitboy case goes to trial there's very little chance any of it will be televised. If the Depp Heard trial hadn't been televised, Amber's lawyers would have walked away with heaps of her money without public embarrassment.

The investment disclaimer thing is really common in the finance KZhead space. You’ll have channels that tell you to go all in on a crypto or stock, only to post a “not financial advice” disclaimer at the bottom where they basically say they don’t know what they’re talking about and you shouldn’t listen to them.

@@johnsteves9158 to be able to give financial advice legally you have to be registered with the SEC or your state under I believe Investment Advisers Act of 1940. SEC has very well done requirements, I'm not sure about states but either way none of these people are registered with either so they can't legally give financial advice so they use that cop out saying it's not financial advice. If it's a strong enough argument that remains to be seen but otherwise you could sic the SEC on them. I believe there are similar rules in the UK and in EU. You can easily look this up. SEC itself provides a pdf on what constitutes a real financial advisor. I'd post more info on this but I'm not sure how to put it in a form short enough for a KZhead comment.

That Complaint is basically an admission that everything said about him is true! Newsflash: Most criminals are worried about being exposed as criminals and experiencing the consequences of their behavior. The investment disclaimer thing is really common in the finance KZhead space. You’ll have channels that tell you to go all in on a crypto or stock, only to post a “not financial advice” disclaimer at the bottom where they basically say they don’t know what they’re talking about and you shouldn’t listen to them.
