    • @@JnEricsonx I watched Once Upon A Time In Hollywood and a couple of hours later watched Elvis. Never did I realize Tex and Elvis were the same person. Never realized until I read it about a month later. Austin Butler completely changes with each character to the point of being unrecognizable. Brilliant.

    • Yeah you see american hosts and they spend three quarters of the time sucking up to the celebrities and then they maybe say two lines about something and then the segment is over. On Graham norton the guests are there for a long time and then they cut it down for the show and they always have unexpected things.

    • @@j2174 I've seen them drink, they can certainly get high and drink beforehand too but they have no time to settle in and get comfortable and the questions tends to be run past management. They clearly are only there to praise the movie and the cast because that's in their contract. Some big hollywood names don't do great on Graham either because they are not willing to join in. But the ones that do have a great time.

Get off the Internet and STFU so the rest of us can enjoy it a bit more with you not taking up space. I think both are great but I'd recommend option 1 so you can join us in enjoying all the great stuff the Internet has to offer instead of making it the unhappy place some go out of their way to make it.

The only American late show I watch with any regularity, are compilations of The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson (later taken over by James Corden) here on YT.

  • There is no late night host like Graham Norton. All the American hosts sit 2 feet higher than their guest, it's so rude yet they continue to do it. Graham has actual interviews and not a bunch of silly games to play, it's not a game show for heaven's sake. Just saw Dune for the 3rd time. I see new things each time, it's such a master piece. Really looking forward to Dune II.

  • So I just got back from watching Dune 2 and Feyd-Rautha has this...well, I don't know exactly how to describe it, but it seems all Harkonnens have this edge to their voices--a mix between a growl and a purr. Here I am thinking "okay, the dude was probably using the lower part of his throat the entire movie" and then I came back to this interview and realized "oh no, _that's just Austin's voice."_ He lowered his pitch, but that edge is already there. That's awesome.
