Yeah. I always give money to homeless guys but I myself am pretty poor so it doesn’t do much good.
You see, you would never start if you wait till you're so buoyant. Start from the little you have, it can be cookies and a bottle of soda to a friend, a listening ear to a child, a helping hand in the mall, a smile from far in the park. Little acts of kindness accumulate over time and pays you like compound interest. Give it as it comes, and before you know it you've built a habit, a good character and heart to give and never expect anything in return.

I'm not an artist or whatever but I once made a holder out of wood for those long candles, it wasn't something too sophisticated but it took me two hours. So if I had to sell them for a living i obviously wouldn't give it for 1$.

Love how that perfect moment in the day can make you feel. How you love that favorite meal. Or can love an event. Everyone is struggling so some hustling is required to make ends meet for the month, but I doubt the guy finds the supplies (wood, paint, and utensils/tools), crafts them, and has time to personally set himself up on a stand with his wife(seeing that she puts together the jewelry/beads side of the business) "everyday".

I only just started wood carving, and the fact he sells such intricate pieces for 1$ is shocking.. the amount of hours and care that is required to make each one is far worth more than what he sells for. I'm glad he got that gift from you, he really deserves the money for his work that he's been under charging for 💕
They are made out of concrete and painted over they use a cast and make thousands of these it's common for street vendors to sells these in Mexico especially if you go to Cancun or Tulum places like that
