@SantiakNikki what? how can you compare an animated movie with these one? you can't compare that. this comparation (sunshine and titan a.e.) it's like armagedoon and star wars. it's imposible to compare that. so, if you have another movie to compare with sunshine, good, if you don't have, don't compare without sense.

The plot is incoherent (all plants are burned, we have to go to the second ship, which is full of plants but defunct, but we cant bring the plants on board our ship!), the premise unbelievable (detonating a charge near a dying sun won't change the fact it's _running out of hydrogen_) And i know it's subjective, but it really isn't that beautiful a film even for it's time - Titan A.E. is more impressive in scope and execution.

I didn't watch the movie, but I don't think it would be because of lack of Hydrogen, our sun has billions of years left... If Humans are still around in billions of years I'd be pretty disappointed if they're still only in this solar system...

This is my favourite rendition of requiem for a Dream, the movie sucked some serious balls though.
