I am an only child and spent a lot of time alone when I was a kid. My divorced parents had to work and my maternal grandparents (who lived in the house) put almost zero effort into spending time with me. My paternal grandparents only spent time with me when my Dad forced them to. I had to learn to entertain myself. My whole life, I never realized I was in training for Quarantine 2020. I totally killed it LOL. Reading, watching tv, playing and cuddling with my pets, crocheting, shopping online, birdwatching and NAPS. My kids went back to school last week. My fourth grader tried to explain how the first day back seeing peers in 14 months went. It wasn't too dissimilar to this sketch. There was social drama, but couldn't wrap her head around why. It's was like we forgot how to talk to each other face to face.

My Kids have been in School since August the first couple weeks of school people bitched and complained about our schools being open but we have went an entire school year without 1 kid dying of Covid.
