#jeopardy
Every clue got responded correctly up until final jeopardy.
I never heard that word before. Thanks
Well, that was very much a "you either know it or you don't" sort of clue. Was looking at his name, and thinking about what was going on at the time, for hints, but it was really just a straight trivia this time
Knowing German also helps.
Go Troy! Rooting for you to take it all !!!
This is tough for me to root for between Ben Chan & Troy Meyer, but I had to make a choice, and I went with Ben Chan.
Yes, also Tram Ben for me.
I really like, how the contestants, hug the winner, for winning...
Congratulations troy on advancing to the finals tomorrow well done
Who knew that? Not these guys and not me
Credit goes to Ken888 for this. Fun fact: In every semifinal game, the champion in the middle podium won the game!
The Politics Of Dancing 💃 🕺 !
The politics of oooohhhhh feeling good!
I was so sure of my response. How wrong I was.
That's a good laugh, Judith! At least you tried - I didn't 🤣
Acts taken for impractical reasons seem to be popular these days
Honestly, had the same answer.
shoutout my 11th grade history teacher for this one couldn't have answered it without u
I thought it was realpolitik but then I thought "well that's not really a word. It's a specific term only used in the context of political theory. Word origin implies something people use on a day to day basis, so it's probably pragmatic"
I managed to get it right, but I always imagined that the term realpolitik was invented in the 20th century....
I guessed the same incorrect answer. 😒
Never had a clue.
Huh, got that one.
I would have said Utilitarianism but that might be a Jamesian concept, more English than German?
Troy Meyer's first game was three episodes after Yogesh Raut lost. Some fans were curious if Yogesh went on a longer streak to see the "clash of the titans". Well, now we get to see the battle of the titans!
I picked pragmatism too. This was hard
I was sure everyone was going to get this one right. None of them did!
oh! that's $5
Comment to prevent spoilers.
Luigi buzzsawed his way through Single Jeopardy but Troy came roaring back in Double J!
@@BlueManIan No, it's not “Single Jeopardy!”.
That was a tough one!
That was a hard one. Yikes!
What is the correct term?
it was realpolitik 👍
Great answer!
What was the exact answer please ?
@@yodakbarrabucci2582 Ken gives the answers.
Just so the world knows I got it right....
Ben Chan: The remaining top seed in the semifinals, scored $60,000 in his original run, which is the second highest score in season 39 behind Cris Pannullo's score of $71,821, and made 9 out of his 10 games a runaway, 10 out of 12 in total thus far. Yogesh Raut: The first 3 day champion since Emma Boettcher to advance to the Tournament of Champions Finals, scored an impressive $41,601 on his first game, scored the highest 3 day total out of the finalists, and has a history in the trivia community. Troy Meyer: Scored $170,401 in 5 games, the highest 5 day total out of the finalists, the highest 5 day total since James Holzhauer, beat Amy Schneider's 5 day total of $170,400, and he also has a history in the trivia community.
As someone who took German in high school and college, Ken's German is so funny to hear. 😅
Ben Chan got 28 Daily Doubles and answered 21 correctly. He answered 8 out of the 12 Final Jeopardy answers in his appearances right, two of which were wrong on technicalities. Yogesh Raut got 7 Daily Doubles and answered all correctly. He answered 4 out of the 6 Final Jeopardy answers in his appearances correctly. Troy got 11 Daily Doubles and answered all correctly. He answered 6 out of the 9 Final Jeopardy answers in his appearances correctly. This could be anybody's game. I predict either Ben or Troy will win in 5 games.
I thought that was easy, but I think that a lot of people think the word is derived from Russian, since so many Russians have adopted the idea.
Pretty straightforward. The word has featured prominently in the media in the past couple of years, especially after the recent passing of Henry Kissinger.
I got this Final Jeopardy! clue right.
Realpolitik, Troy is a finals congratulations 🎉
I got it right. Just saying
Realpolitik
