It's FAFO Friday once again. I was asked if the Interceptors can handle getting wet. I devised a series of tests to answer that very question.
But I need your feedback. Let me know all the questions you have ever about the stuff I make or have made.

Appreciate the honesty and humility! I still buy your ammo and love it! Note to self "Don't boil my ammo for the zombies."
Nice test. Thank you 🙏
AWESOME AMMO TEST for sure and i have never seen anything like ever done.....Thanks very much my friend 👍 Old F-4 Phantom ll jet fighter pilot Shoe🇺🇸
I think the one thing really missing is salt water.
IIRC back in WWII Russian Forces were so depleted of logistical backup, they would trade their ammo (which they had plenty of) for food. But would boil them first so they wouldn't fire
They have been doing the same in the middle East in a pinch
Wide variety of liquid/solvents. it all comes down to time...a really long time perhaps for chemical/corrosion effects, wide/extreme temperature changes, and possible seepage thru any microscopic gaps during the assembly process, which can/will happen to any ammo.
As a worse case scenario, great test Enjoying these videos
Cool video. Thanks and it was pretty cool
Used different calibers in bang stick heads when diving so to water proof them we used finger nail polish (clear or colored). I put the polish around the primer then let dry then put it around the case and projectile meet the wipe excess of. You don't want polish on the case or projectile except in the crack or you get pressure problems. I dove with 5-6 cartridges passed 110 ft many dives and never had a failure.
I just don't understand why anyone would boil ammo. 🤣
I was just thinking the exact same thing
Brass bullion sounds pretty darn 'Merican to me!
Thanks, Pretty good info.
No control test?
First two shots at 2:55 were control. Dry
