  • Approximately a month or so ago, I opted to rewatch Desperate Housewives. It's amazing how many of the episodes I remember. Hearing that she was deemed the 'ugly duckling' of the family is absurd. Watching her as Gabrielle Solis must've been somewhat freeing.

  • Wow Eva is gorgeous without the makeup too! I am also latina and the only mom at my kids school who wears full make up every day. But I have acne scars and disappearing eyebrows, lol. Back to Eva- I’m loving that she’s a director. And so happy to hear that she doesn’t let the typical racism in a Latine family get to her! Often our elders (especially) are obsessed with the the light skin blue eyes preference. I hope the BLM movement is helping this process for us.
