1/32 B-17 F/G FULL CROSS SECTION INTERIOR DETAIL HK MODELS PART 2
Пікірлер
Good to see the bare metal and the dark green rather than interior green EVERYWHERE.Makes sense to leave bare metal in the rear so it is a bit brighter.

Two years ago, I visited the Memphis Belle on one of those few days a year where the USAF Museum in Dayton allows limited access to look inside her. I took a number of photos and even a video from inside that portside hatch right below the pilot seats and I have to say...so far, you're spot on with all you have! Very well done and I'll be following with great interest! Good job, sir!

Really enjoy your work. Are you going to leave it open? Or shut all that in and complete the whole airplane?

You painted the walk-around oxygen bottles green. Those should be yellow, like the large oxygen tanks. Yellow indicates low pressure oxygen. Whereas willow green indicates high pressure oxygen. Otherwise the model look fantastic.

thank you for your comment, book shows them as dark in black and white, the a-4 walkaround bottle i thought was yellow to, but not the case they were green in the war years, they could have been painted yellow at combat airbases but i am doing a factory aircraft.. kzhead.info/sun/hKqnj7iZnX96f6M/bejne.html it is shown at about 3.30 min in.

GreR job BUT,…..I’m not condemning your work it looks great but if your really going little detail use yellow/w/white play dough for seat pads put some wrinkles in them make them worn out, w/USMC in faded black, use play dough mix yellow white little drop of oil brown acrylic mix well fir your boots around controls it was very wrinkled cloth boot, need to build from popcicke stick a wooden display rack and place all the machine guns from front to back in order along with couple bombs and ammo belts sit in front of nose of plane would lol pretty cool
