  • That is impressive!!! Unfortunately where I live there is no metal scrap yard or metal recycling yard that will sell scraps for anything less than premium prices, so there is no cost savings by using scrap metal.

  • при такой металлоемкости станка нужно ставить, как минимум , 50-тонный гидроцилиндр и маслостанцию. не рациональное использования металла получается, а работа выше всяких похвал.

    • Возможно это первая версия, которой хватает для текущих задач. Появится много новых, модернизирует. Хотя мож как обычно - умная мысля приходит опосля и потом будет влом переделывать, просто сделает еще один =)

  • 16:46 you made a very rookie mistake. I have in person seen a person do the same thing on an engine lathe 3 times bigger. You never wrap emery cloth more than 90 degrees around a part. It 1994 in votech a classmate did the same thing even though we was taught not too. The paper became hung up and started winding up pulling his hands into the machine. When all said and done it had broke both of his arms his head was between the chuck and bed way. It removed his right ear and ripped half of his face off. It also removed his ponytail. I hate the You tube safety police bitching about everything and I am guilty of a few shortcuts when it comes to guards on grinders and what not. But this makes me kringe to see people do this. I was in the shop I watched them pull his lifeless body out of the machine I will never forget the blood on that machine. He is luck to have lived at only 17 years old another classmate stomped the emergency brake. Lucky for him it was a machine the brake worked on. Please learn from my share. It seems so harmless but when it grabs it... It happens fast. You are very talented I would hate you to end up the same. That goes for anyone watching
