  • I love the Laissez-fair style! I wish to have a team that can reach that level of trust that I can simply be at ease and them too.

  • Brave explanation; Authoritrian have a directive style while Leaders are in control , giving orders. They have place of being creative they like open communication. True Democratic style is when they bring brave idea In the Group and they have energy to work with the group as long as the group is willing to work with their team leaders because evey body will bring up their own style to work as togetherness. I love all three explanations because it helps me to know how leaders work properly and do their duties.Sound video.

  • I believe this style can be effective in certain industry but is even more strong when the leader is able to combine different style to fit the environment.

  • But authoritarian somehow best during critical time. Coz u need to solve things fast.. Democratic is always good, but its more of discussion over n over.

    @faiznuaim4180@faiznuaim41802 жыл бұрын
    • True; each style has its strengths and drawbacks. Originally, the belief was that, depending on the group and the situation, the group would benefit by having a particular type of leader. In your example, if there is an emergency or crisis, an authoritarian leader would be best for the group (for exactly the reason you identify). That's why there are different management theories. Check out Hersey & Blanchard's situational leadership theory.
