  • Hello sir, the hydraulic pump has a 3 phase motor? Can i somehow find the wiring diagram of the setup where you control the hydraulic piston. I can see that two wires going from the control buttons to the valve's coils. But where are the wires for the pump's motor?

    • Hi - this hydraulic pack has a single-phase induction motor - a capacitor motor. This is correct shown in this vid.

  • So Hydrolic motor will be a seperate unit from the Hydrolic Power pack ? I'm confused about whether Hydrolic motor is also a component of Hydrolic power pack circuit. Thanks for demolishing my confusuion.

    • Hi - I don't see an hydraulic motor in this video. The hydraulic power pack contains a hydraulic pump, which is driven here by an electric motor.

  • Hi. can this be used for high speed hydraulic tools such as pavement breakers (1400 blows/min)?

    • This hydraulic power pack is a small one for school. It can deliver 3,7 l/min and the maximal pressure is about 60 bars or 6 MPa. For construction sites you need a more robust one.

    • @@learnchannel-TV so I found out that I need about 30lpm flow and 1500psi pressure from a hpu to run the pavement breaker tool. What are the major components needed to make such a hpu?

    • @@siddhantagarwal4371 The basic components, which has every hpu,: pump, filter, pressure relief valve, pressure gauge, manifold. Your motor to drive the pump will propably be a combustion motor.
