  • I know, that’s Luigi’s voice. Actually, Yoshi over Luigi is a mod where Yoshi takes Luigi’s place. Rosalina taking Peach’s place is also a mod. That’s why Yoshi and Rosalina has the same voices as, respectively, Luigi and Peach.
