  • I’m going to try this very soon! I’m so excited because I’ve always hated throwing away the spikes after the flowers all die off. I tried putting the old spike in water for days - nothing. I’m on my way to Dollar tree to buy a flower foam and candle, then to McDonalds to get a mocha frappe for the cup and top (after I drink it). I already have the garlic.   • you are amazing!! I need you to save my Orchaid, its has 2 big green leaves but no goog roots! I had to trim it off like you did and set in a cup of water where the tip of the bottom touches the water.. I didnt have garlic though. Just water and the correct soil. Mine was black in the root, so I trimmed them down.. Hopefully I can save this flower
