You have that completely wrong. Try harder. You think because it’s shipped across the world that would mean it has a huge carbon footprint. You would be wrong. Despite the fact it’s shipped across the world the biggest part of its footprint is still from the farm. Now you can not eat fruit in peace.
Better to just make a cookie with ingredients that come from British farms than ship fruits from across the world.
Last time I checked, going somewhere was about taking the quickest route. This was unnecessarily complicated when taking the tube was all they needed and saved on carbon emissions. 🤷♂️
I mean this was about going green and saving the planet so the real question is why didn't they just walk, Stamford Bridge is literally about a 40 minute walk from Craven Cottage because the stadium is literally in Fulham, hence the rented bridge jokes.
