This academy will without doubt produce great fighters as well as humble ones for some years if it goes on like this. It's nice to see Javier so relaxed and putting confidence in his right and left hands in form of those two men.

Respect for these guys. I did MMA for one year. A sparring session of 2 minutes feels like 2 hours. It's a real tough sport. I played soccer for 20 years, but I cant remember a training session matching an MMA training session. I hope this sport grows and grows 👊🏼

If you start again, don't do "MMA training". If you don't live in a big MMA country, the training propably won't be efficient. Choose a martial art or a few and try to sharpen your skills in those before you move on to others.

we BEEN here. Actually I was trained by a professional MMA fighter(Hasan Gülmez), who train's with Gregard Moussasi, so the training was well put together. I miss doing pads after a hard day of work man :)
