  • if someone doesn't know: chocolate hills isn't made out of chocolate they call it that cause when its really dry the mountains turns into like a brown-ish chocolatey color, when its just a normal day its just a normal grass color so hope this helps! Salamat sa pagbabasa! ❤

  • Explanation on the ‘Chocolate Hills’ in the Philippines: So the hills aren’t real chocolate, they just look like chocolate from the grass that turned brown. You: how did they turn brown? GLAD YA ASKED, so in the summer, due to a lot of sunlight and not much rain, the grass turns brown, but when its rainy season they turn green, so in a way, you can call them moldy chocolate (just joking fellow filipinos-) You: where can we find them? Oh,you can find them in bohol! Thats about all you need to know about the chocolate hills, if you want to know more just ask in the reply section and I’ll answer!

  • I actually traveled to the Philippines from the states! From North Carolina to Chicago to japan (Chicago to japan took 13 hours) and then to Philippines. Then we stayed there for 1 month and then we went Philippines to Japan to Chicago to North Carolina. Edit 1: i missed our dad was in North Carolina😢
