  • The team leader engineer skip t some classes ...the R value especially ! If you insulate a building, you do not live gaps ....and the beams have to be insulated too, if not thermal bridge will appear !

    • These are all unstudied ideas not like in America. We have once used thermacool in our small rented house in Kolkata cos the room is dam hot. I dunno how these people came to use this. I don't think a great study or research would be laid on this. All i know is its light and low heat but i don't know the rest. 😂 I think it's dangerous.

    • Abdul Rauf , polystyrene. It can stop the sun heat from outside to enter the house. Can also put the polystyrene on the ceiling under the roof, so that sun heat won't enter the house.
