Amazing ! Accident Once the bulldozer is located underwater recovery process Successfully 100%
Recovering a bulldozer submerged underwater is a challenging task that requires professional expertise and specialized equipment. Here's a rough outline of how such a recovery process might unfold: @CC-Equipment
Assessment of the Situation: The first step is to assess the extent of the damage and the conditions surrounding the accident. This includes determining the depth of the water, the stability of the underwater terrain, and any potential hazards.
Safety Precautions: Safety is paramount in any recovery operation. The area needs to be secured to prevent unauthorized access, and safety protocols must be followed to protect both the recovery team and any bystanders.
Mobilization of Equipment: Specialized equipment such as cranes, winches, and underwater cameras may be needed for the recovery operation. The equipment must be transported to the site and set up properly.
Dewatering the Area: If the bulldozer is submerged in relatively shallow water, dewatering may be necessary to make the recovery easier. This can be done using pumps or other dewatering equipment. @CC-Equipment
Securing the Bulldozer: Once the bulldozer is located underwater, it needs to be secured to prevent it from shifting or causing further damage during the recovery process. This may involve attaching cables or chains to lift points on the bulldozer.
Lifting the Bulldozer: Using cranes or winches, the submerged bulldozer is carefully lifted out of the water. The process requires precision to avoid damaging the bulldozer further or causing harm to the recovery team.
Transportation: Once the bulldozer is out of the water, it needs to be transported to a secure location for further assessment and repairs. This may involve loading it onto a flatbed truck or other specialized transport vehicle.
Assessment and Repairs: With the bulldozer safely on dry land, experts can assess the extent of the damage and develop a plan for repairs. Depending on the severity of the damage, this may involve replacing components, conducting structural repairs, or performing maintenance to ensure the bulldozer is safe to operate.
Throughout the entire process, communication and coordination among the recovery team are essential to ensure the operation proceeds smoothly and safely. Additionally, environmental considerations must be taken into account to minimize any potential impact on the surrounding ecosystem.

Que loucura 😱🙀
In the beginning of this project, I watched for long hours, how operating these heavy equipments, these operators very careless- the problems they created, now seeing this recovery could just avoidable from beginning, many are beginners operators: trucks drivers, the leadership, all together this is exactly what they made off. Lost time, damaging equipments, etc.

That was both frustrating and entertaining to watch. I have no clue what they were thinking in most of this situation.
I agree, most entertaining, is seemed to me that the thought that two cats could pull better than one;. never crossed their minds;.
Neither did they
I laughed so hard at these guys making it worse than it had to be. These guys have job security at moving the same dirt and mud over and over.
When I started watching the video there was very little of the machine above the water. I'm 13 minutes in and all they've done is bury it COMPLETELY and almost flipped it. Honestly I'm surprised they didn't rip the canopy off holding against it with the blade of the other dozer. I definitely wouldn't call these guys to get a dozer out of the mud.
Considering where the tractor was…..great job. 😁👍🏻🇦🇺

Why do they keep pushing more dirt on it? Someone go get the man with a brain.

Not sure what I liked more, the bare feet on the operators, the dog running around, the underage workers or the general danger of the high tension steel cable being used.
Or the excavator balanced on an undersized transporter.

Don’t understand why they kept pushing it back by the adding more dirt n essentially removing the dirt. Why didn’t they just pull with both dozers.

At the 17:29 mark and I STILL don't know what they are trying to accomplish. I never operated heavy equipment. Don't know the first thing about grading, filling or anything having to do with earth moving. Dude 1 is pulling, sometimes. Dude 2 is "helping" by doing, whatever he is doing. Based on what I have witnessed so far they should...walk away. Just, walk away. 29:28: Found myself yelling at my monitor…dig in front of the machine. Why can’t you hook up more than one piece of equipment and pull at the same time? Dude’s on the ground…get the out of the way before you get killed! 35:51: Oh, now I understand. They are trying to remove the stuck bulldozer. I thought they were filling in the hole, moving water and trying to get someone seriously injured or killed. 38:59: I thought…how many pieces of equipment have they buried, tipped over or destroyed. Then I looked at my “up next” video suggestion. Apparently, this is common. smh
I totally agree. I'm trained in Marine Salvage, and having watched this for 20 minutes already, I'm reminded of my Grandfather telling me I looked like a cub bear playing with a coke bottle.... all these guys are doing is tearing up what was perfectly good dozers.

In early stage, they must have used two cables connected to two bulldozers in tandem to pull together. They are using a Very poor recovery procedure.
Brainless and Braindead Groundworks Inc. We believe: better no plan, we would see how it ends.
correct hehe
Don't ya think they would have used two cables if they had them? These are guys working on the job and some other fuckup drove the dozer into the swamp. They had to get it out NOW and didn't have time to go somewhere to get more cables. They are trying to get it out before the supervisors found out. They were luck there was an excavator on site.

i wonder..from my experience i've towed and recovery many stranded trucks..could it be easier if they tow that dozer from behind..because if they tow dozer in front, the shovel will be pain in the ass..just my 2 cents
@Matt Huzairy. - I'm in the UK and used to have a small Plant & Tool hire business, although we did have several ex's & a couple of dozers and the odd time some idiot managed to get one stuck. I always worked on the principal, if it went in forwards it would come out backwards and vice versa with least damage, - never failed - after all the ground was usually soft as hell and that's why it got stuck in the first place. Had one slide sideways once but it was still easiest to gently work it round to a bit of an angle and then gently pull it out backwards.
Christopher Lovelock yes sir..tq for replying and gave a good advice..i don't know how that dozer get drown..haha..
Your 2 cents seems better than their 1 cent.

Yes. They must not have had cable or chain to be able to pull it out with both dozers at the same time or far enough away from the sunk dozer to get the proper angle on it. That's why they were moving all the dirt on the banks.

Man these people, they know how to put a machine through the punishment test, got it out in the end that's the main thing......
This is an excellent example of why you need site managers... this was very difficult to watch honestly
Site managers !!!!.???? To many chefs, not enough cooks. Need just one person/operator with common sense and a brain !!!!!!!!!!!!!! A site manager here would have buried machine forever. If no person with brain, everyone doing something even if wrong to show manager they are " working " , Thusly spoiling everything just to look busy.l Need 1, just 1 person/operator with brain to take CONTROL OF SITUATION !!!!!!! NOW,THEY CREATED A LAKE !!!!!!!!!!!
I can understand that. no real engineer can watch this machine molesting.

I have never in all. My 40 years of working heavy equipment see anything that would be a good lesion on how not to do things,, but they were extremely good about making a big mud hole and making money,,, 2large cats and an excavator with all kinds of extra power and you still work half the night getting something like this out of a hole that they made for them self,,,, equipment that go in and get stuck,,,, come out the same way they went in,, hooking 2 cats on this unit along with an excavator a pull it out on the same tracks it went in at ,,,,,, if it took more than 30 minutes to get out you need stronger cables instead of breaking the ones you have,,,,, the power was there but not the smarts….
They're having too many safety meeting

By trying to pull the dozer from the blade end made this five times harder. When pulling from the blade end the blade does exactly what it was designed to do and that's dig into the earth. If they would have hooked to the rear of the machine in the beginning it would have made the recovery sooo much easier.
I agree with you that was dumb pulling from the front the machine was already in good position to pull but they turn it around make it sink more
They pulled from the top, back half, which buried the blade even more for a pull extraction! The shovel, excavator, was needed first.
حمد لله والشكر لله رب العالمين 🤲
Muy buena maquinaria
Now that it is out, complete engine overhaul etc. Yet more money wasted. As someone pointed out, this cost more to recover it than it is worth. Recovery + Engine rebuild + Complete tractor overhaul as well = Priceless
Naw. They will take it apart. Blow everything out, clean it and run the shit out of it till it’s sunk again. The hydro system is sealed so that’s fine. I’ve seen worse run after for a long time.
@@Mad.Man.Marine There are vents on everything. And now every single system has that really fine sediment contaminating it. Most countries, probably even in Cambodia, that machine is scrap.

they're a 3rd world country. labor is cheaper than the equipment.
It wouldn't have been so bad until the fools kept screwing up and buried it even deeper and it looks like they let the exhaust pipe go under. If so,the engine is full of water.
calling them useless is understatement.

Packing Mud around Buried equipment is always a bad idea. Dragging it out backwards would have been a lot better for the equipment. The Excavator could have reached over and pulled against the Blade and backed up with the two Dozers pulling the equipment backwards at the same time.. I assume they don't know what Mud Mats are and don't understand the concept of dragging it backwards on to Mud Mats. It just makes things easier when a operator decides to go swimming with the equipment.
