Neither of them have Infinite anything. Yujiro is City to Continental with wank and highballing while Saitama is Solar System Level and can pretty quickly reach thr Multi Solar System levels of power, he'd easily be able to solo DBZ until BOG.

That makes Yujiro Continental while Saitama is Multi Solar System+ you should very clearly be able to tell who wins. It's extremely simple, Saitama claps.
