Question why hasn’t the teacher called CPS? If there visible injures which they suspect is from a parent they should call them. According to my sources “You don't have to be absolutely certain that abuse is taking place. If you have a strong suspicion and feel that there is reasonable cause, that is enough reason to call. The hotline operator can help you determine if the information is reportable.” So why wouldn’t the teacher call her mom? If this preceded so long and was so noticeable, why is the teacher so stupid? Also, why would the teacher any teacher despite if abuse is happening or not should try to put in some effort to tutor or work with them a little more on the subject on hand. Now in no way is this the teachers fault it’s just she could and should have taken more action toward helping this child.

Edit: even if it was a mistake, you really shouldn’t say that not all kids deserve parents, because they do, no matter how disrespectful the child is, he or she or they still deserve parents. Question why hasn’t the teacher called CPS? If there visible injures which they suspect is from a parent they should call them. According to my sources “You don't have to be absolutely certain that abuse is taking place. If you have a strong suspicion and feel that there is reasonable cause, that is enough reason to call. The hotline operator can help you determine if the information is reportable.” So why wouldn’t the teacher call her mom? If this preceded so long and was so noticeable, why is the teacher so stupid? Also, why would the teacher any teacher despite if abuse is happening or not should try to put in some effort to tutor or work with them a little more on the subject on hand. Now in no way is this the teachers fault it’s just she could and should have taken more action toward helping this child.
