    • @@drekberg But what do you think about consumption of broccoli (sprouts) ? Dr Chaffee tells us that they're highly carcinogenic, and veggies like Broccoli are hard to digest, and also difficult to absorb nutrients from. I would love to hear your honest thoughts about this. I used to eat alot of broccoli thinking I was being healthy, but was constantly constipated, windy and felt horrible. The broccoli sprouts gave me weird ulcers on my tongue after eating it and felt stinging in my mouth right away( Low chance something else may have caused it ).

Pozdrawiam😁

  • Hi Dr Ekberg. I am a cyclist and I was ❌❌hit hard by a pickup truck❌❌ (50mph). I have a broken fibula as we as soft tissue injury. How can I maximize healing?? Should I fast?? 3 day? Intermittent? Take supplements?? Prioritize liver & salmon?? I’m late 50s & post menopausal and healing slower than I used to. It was a big hit with lots of tissue damage. I’m lucky to be alive❤ Lots of love and respect from Canada.

  • I think you should include pure raw cocoa mass in your chocolate category. I eat it every day now and it isn't even nearly as bitter as you would expect from 85% chocolate bars. Thank you Dr. Ekberg, I might try out that nutty yoghurt at some point. Sounds interesting. 😃

  • Hi doctor, I love your videos. Currently attempting my first 48hr fast. I wanted to request a video about fasting during the different stages of the hormone cycle for women please. Can we fast at any point without adversely affecting our hormonal cycle? The info online is not very detailed. Thank you!

  • Hello Dr Sten, thank you for the good work you are doing. I have been following your teachings for for some time now because I am struggling to maintain blood sugar levels. Please I have a question regarding Ceylon Cinnamon, I have read about this plant and there are studies that says it can help in blood sugar control. But am not sure what is the safe amount to use as a spice in meals. Any advice from you will be helpful. Thank you 🙏
