    • @Adil Khan yes.. original tempered glass fits the best. but they crack very easily. so I switched to normal screen protector (not tempered glass)

  • He was talking while installing, I don’t even breath & still get atleast one dust particle inside the tampered glass. I don’t know if it happens with me only, but it feels really irritating.

    • Try it after a bath inside the bathroom. It will seem weird but, after bath you have least amount of air borne particles in there, so it will help you with installation.

  • Great Phone, bought one tre days ago. Dont like the design of the camera of the back but beside i can't complain, one of the best phone i ever had/have, beutiful 90 hz display, great speakers, very easy to optimize the phone with android 10 with all the New Features and so on... Didn't want to go for the 7 pro because i'm not a fan of pop up cameras as my Xiaomi mi 9 t pro has and zenfone 6 even if its not really a "pop up". totally recommend oneplus 7T.

  • Thanks TK. Just to confirm - are the gestures on this screen protector comfy? I mean I see it is 3d, so the gestures from the sides should be comfortable - the original plastic (and I would guess most of non-stock screen protectors as well) makes your finger hurt a bit as it has a sharp edge.

  • I've done a lot of glass screen protectors but the OnePlus 7T was bubble mania. It took me almost an hour to get all the bubbles out but they finally left the screen.

  • Good quality screen protector, easier to fit with the clip on guide but you must ensure all dust removed fully. 👍🏻 BUT I don't like the black border as it slightly covers the edge of screen so you lose some visibility of small letters on the side edges. Also, sometimes I have to tap twice to invoke an action so glass seems to be less sensitive. 👎🏻 For the price and being an original OnePlus product (I bought direct from OnePlus) I would have thought it would have no flaws and be better than any of the other competitors screen savers. Seems it's not 100% as expected as I would expect from a genuine official OnePlus product. 👎🏻 The official bumper cases though are a perfect fit and offer a great feel and protection. I bought a few of those from official OnePlus site. 👍🏻

  • Hey..your applied tempered glass was not good that y ur finger print sensor got slow.. Buy and apply vimes 7t 2.d tempered glass from amazon...you will see the difference..

  • I really really hate black borders around the edges of screen protector. That's why I didn't use official one on my oneplus 6. I got a 3rd party one which is so good(with oleophobic coating) and smooth edges for only 2 dollars😑

    • When you say smooth edges, so you mean that they taper down so it's not a sharp end to the screen protector? What kind is it?

    • @@ArmandCerna no, the official tempered glass has a thin black frame. Imagine if you put a painting in a frame. Part of the painting is now hidden behind the frame right? Like that. But in a very minimal way.

  • First of all, where is there an environment with no dust? Second, why do you fast forward the video when you are applying the screen protector right at the moments where there appears to be some difficulty or the need for specific technique? It's like you're trying to hide some of the places we need the most help with.

  • Real problems with bubbles - followed OnePlus instructions and this video but there still there after 45mins of trying- especially on longer sides. One even looks like a hairline crack but it's micro air bubbles when pressed.

  • The screen guard is super expensive ₹1290/- and is not that worthy. I bought the guard and my room key fell on top of the phone. The screen guard broke very bad. I bought two screen guard. Since we don't have genuine and exact screen guard for 7t yet in India, I had to buy another one. Also out of context, don't use sandstone covers or karbon cover. If you are buying a cover from OnePlus, buy the bumper case. I bought a sandstone cover and the screen guard, two days later it broke, now i am using the bumper case. It covers the phone but still I think screenguard is not secured enough. The in-box number case is good. It covers the screen guard. But it will fade out eventually. If OnePlus officials are reading this, find a solution. Either make a tougher screen guard or make bumper case with extended edges.

    • If you want one on the 7 pro you should look at the whitestone dome glass screen protector. It's with UV light because of the edge screen and there are some videos about it on youtube.

  • This tempered glass by OP is just a waste of money. It boasts of 9H hardness yet it shatters with even a small amount of pressure.

  • Official tempered glass is very delicate Easily broken if you accidentally sleep on your phone. Little crack and hole glass shattered. Used 2 glasses already never gonna buy again
