One of the best. He is a master dribbler and those goals are more flashy. But the technique that you need to control a ball with your knee, at full speed, and have the ball stay in position to shoot is really, really hard to acquire. So yeah, great goal.

After controlling the ball with his knee he knew that if he let the ball bounce on the ground without touching it, the defender would have a chance to close the gap and end the play there, but Messi touched the ball forward before it hit the ground, putting it out of reach of the defender. You can see the Nigerian ready to pounce but with that second touch, he had to changed his stride and pick up the pace. But it was too little too late.
