The CIRCUS Way!🎪
The McFive Circus is remodeling their circus room into the ultimate gymnastics room. It will include a gymnastics bar, trampoline, tumble trak air track, back handspring training wheel. Now the circus can learn gymnastics at home together.
This room remodel is starting to feel like HGTV @HGTV room remodel show!

I do gymnastics and I love how it brings so many people so much joy even if they are doing it for fun.
Here's a tip I use in and a another type of roll the tip to do better rolls is to put your hands up and then bend down, then slowly bend your knees but don't bend too down.then slowly put your head on the ground then make your back go forward. The other type of roll is backward roll,and yes the they were doing a forward roll now a backward roll is basically a roll were you sit backwards and try to do a roll.I hope this helps.

I have been doing competitive gymnastics for five years it's really a amazing sport I am a gold level gymnast if any one who dose gymnastics sees this that is having a hard time just remember don't quit because it gets easier be patient and remember your coaches are just trying to help

Personally as a gymnast I don’t ,t think she’s to late I have a friend who started at 6 and she is sooo good. There are many gymnastics hymns in Florida that are really good. I love watching your videos! Since Isabelle is so good already she will get the skills quickly
